Մինչ Տիգրան Ավինյանը կհասներ Շուռնուխ՝ բարերարներն արդեն իսկ գործի են անցել

Փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը այսօր՝ հայտնի դեպքերից հետո առաջին անգամ, եկել էր Շուռնուխ։ Նա հանդիպել է բնակիչների հետ, սակայն ես ներկա չեմ եղել այդ հանդիպմանը։ Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Շուռնուխի համայնքապետ Հակոբ Արշակյանը։

«Հանդիպմանը ուշացումով եմ ներկայացել և չգիտեմ, թե բնակիչները ինչ են խոսել և քննարկել փոխվարչապետի հետ։ Նա առաջին անգամ էր Շուռնուխում, և, եթե ժողովրդին տվել է խոստումներ, ապա պետք է կատարի դրանք»,- նշեց համայնքապետը։

Համայնքապետը վստահեցնում է, որ նախքան Տիգրան Ավինյանի այցը Սյունիք, ինքը տեղյակ էր, որ Շուռնուխի՝ ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ անցած 12 տները կառուցվելու են․ «Այստեղ է եղել վարչապետի խորհրդական Ռոբերտ Ղուկասյանը և տեղեկացրել էր, որ նման ծրագիր կա»։

Սակայն, մինչ կառավարության ներկայացուցիչները վերջապես որոշեցին այցելել Սյունիք և մտահոգվել տեղացիների՝ բնակության վայրերի մասին հարցերով, բարերարները արդեն 20 օր է՝ զբաղվում են շինարարական աշխատանքներով։

«Ես հավատում և վստահում եմ բարերարներին, որոնք եկել են Շուռնուխ, խոսել բնակիչների հետ, հայտարարել  նոր թաղամաս հիմնելու և տներ կառուցելու մասին, նույնիսկ գյուղացիների անվտանգությունն են ապահովում»,- նշեց Արշակյանը։

Համայնքապետի խոսքով՝ բարերարների առաջարկն ու օգնությունը որևէ կապ չունեն իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների հետ․ «Բարերաները օգնությունը առաջարկել են դեռ այն ժամանակ, երբ գյուղացիները չէին լքել իրենց տները և չէին հանձնել թշնամուն։ Նրանց այցը Շուռնուխ եղել է դեռ դեկտեմբերին»։

«Մոտավորապես մեկ ամիս է, ինչ Շուռնուխի 12 տուն հանձնվել է թշնամուն և բնակիչները մնացել են առանց տանիքի։  Տասը օր առաջ Ճարտարապետության և քաղաքաշինության վարչությունից են եկել, որոշում էին նոր բնակարանների կառուցման վայրը»,- ընդգծեց Շուռնուխի համայնքապետը։

Արշակյանն ասաց, որ այժմ անտուն մնացած բնակիչների մի մասը Շուռնուխում է ապրում, մյուս մասը՝ Գորիսում և Կապանում՝ իրենց հարազատների տանը կամ վարձով։

Հիշեցնենք, որ հունվարի 4-ին Սյունիքի մարզի Շուռնուխ համայնքից 12 տուն անցան ադրբեջանցիներին։
