Վերջին շրջանում պարբերաբար ահազանգեր ենք ստանում Հայաստանի պետական տարբեր բուհերից այն մասին, որ կարող է վտանգվել պետական բուհերի ունեցվածքը: Ահազանգողները նշում են, որ պետական գույքի կառավարման կոմիտեն ցանկանում է վաճառքի հանել այդ բուհերին պատկանող որոշակի շենքեր, շինություններ ու տարածքներ, ուղղորդում և խոստումներ են տրվում այդ տարածքների վրա աչք ունեցող պոտենցիալ «գնորդներին»: Հիշեցնենք, որ պետական գույքի կառավարման կոմիտեի նախագահը պարբերաբար քաղաքական սկանդալների մեջ հայտնվող ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Լենա Նազարյանի ամուսինն է՝ Նարեկ Բաբայանը:
Ըստ տեղեկությունների, այս հարցում կարևոր գործոն է համարվում առիթից օգտվելը, քանի որ կրթության ոլորտի պետական քաղաքականությունը լիարժեք տապալված է, իսկ երկրում տիրում է համակարգային քաոս: Բուհերում զայրացած են նման մտադրություններից և համարում են մեջքից հարված: «Փոխանակ պետությունն օգնի բուհերին, աջակցի կրթական համակարգի զարգացմանը, դեռ մի բան էլ թիկունքից հարվածում են»,-ասաց մեր զրուցակիցներից մեկը: Ի դեպ, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, պետական բուհերին պատկանող տարածքների օտարման համար ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության կարծիքը նույնիսկ պետք չի, և այստեղ գերիշխող դիրք ունի հենց պետական գույքի կառավարման կոմիտեն:
