Բնակելի տներից անգամ երևում է թուրքերի սահմանը, նրանք մեզ են նայում, մենք` նրանց․ որոտանցիների խնդիրներն անլուծելի են թվում

Որոտանի և Շուռնուխի Ադրբեջանին պատկանելու խոսակցություններից շուրջ մեկ ամիս է անցել, սակայն այդ համայնքների հարցը մինչ օրս շարունակվում է օդից կախված մնալ։ 

Չնայած փոխվարչապետի` Սյունիք կատարած այսօրվա այցին՝ Շուռնուխի և Որոտանի բնակիչները շարունակում են ապրել «մշուշում»։  Նրանք քնում և արթնանում են՝ չիմանալով, թե ինչ է սպասվելու իրենց․ շարունակելո՞ւ են ապրել իրենց պապական տներում, թե մի շարք համայնքների պես Որոտանը և Շուռնուխը ևս տրվելու է թշնամուն, և իրենք ունենալու են հաշված ժամեր իրենց բնակավայրերը լքելու համար։

Գյուղացիներն իրենց արժեքավոր իրերը, հուշերն ու անգամ հիշողությունները փորձում են ամեն գնով փրկել թշնամու ճիրաններից՝ շարժվելով` «Չգիտես վաղվա օրդ, չէ՞ որ քեզանից, քո ընտանիքից ու երեխաներից մի քանի մետր այն կողմ դարավոր թշնամիդ է» կարգախոսով։ Լավ, ենթադրենք, նյութականը փրկվեց, իսկ ո՞ւր տանեն իրենց հարազատների շիրիմները: Չէ՞ որ օրեր առաջ բոլորս ականատես եղանք և, ցավոք սրտի, դեռ կշարունակենք ականատես լինել, թե ինչպես է վայրագ թշնամին պղծում հայի շիրիմը և դրանից հաճույք ստանում։ Բնակիչները անճարության մեջ են, նրանց միակ հույսը իշխանությունն է․ իսկ ի՞նչ է անում իշխանությունը․․․

 «Որոտանում ամեն ինչ նույնն է, որևէ փոփոխություն դեռևս չկա։ Սպասում ենք իշխանության պատասխանին` կապված Որոտանի բարելավման և սահմանների հստակ գծման մասով։ Սահմանների հարցը դեռ գտնվում է անորոշ վիճակում։ Չնայած թշնամին մեզանից շատ հեռու չի գտնվում, բայց դեռ որևէ հիմարություն իրեն թույլ չի տվել»,- այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Որոտանի գյուղապետը՝ Սուրեն Օհանջանյանը։

Բնակիչների խոսքերով՝ իշխանությանն իրենց առաջարկներն արդեն արվել են, հիմա սպասում են նրանց արձագանքին, որը չկա, իսկ բնակչության շրջանում տրամադրությունը նույնն է․ «Գյուղում, ճիշտ է, լարվածությունը կա, բայց որևէ գյուղացի չի լքել գյուղը և իր տունը։ Բնակելի տներից անգամ երևում է թուրքերի սահմանը, նրանք մեզ են նայում, մենք` նրանց»,- ընդգծեց Սուրեն Օհանջանյանը։

Նշենք, որ մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ հայկական և ադրբեջանական կողմերի միջև վեճ էր բռնկվել, թե ում պետք է անցնի Որոտանի վերևի հատվածը։ Որոտանի բնակիչները օրեր շարունակ բարձրաձայնում էին, ահազանգում, որ թշնամիները պահանջում են նույնիսկ այն տունը, որը հայկական հողի վրա է կառուցվել։ Իսկ Որոտանի գյուղապետին այդպես էլ դեռևս չի հաջողվել ադրբեջանցիներին համոզել, որ այդ հատվածը Խորհրդային Հայաստանի մաս է․ «Հիմա թուրքերը եկել են, ասում են՝ մերն է էլի, ճշտումներ են գնում, քարտեզ ենք ճարել, դակումենտները ունենք, հիմա ճշտումներ են գնում, անորոշ վիճակ է»,- նշել էր գյուղապետը։

Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ, ըստ նոյեմբերի 9-ին կնքնված եռակողմ համաձայնագրի,  Սյունիքի մարզի մի քանի բնակավայրեր, ինչպես օրինակ՝ Արավուս, Որոտան, Շուռնուխ գյուղերը, Կապան քաղաքը, դարձան սահմանամերձ, իսկ Գորիս-Կապան հիմնական ավտոմայրուղու որոշ հատվածներ անցան Ադրբեջանի տիրապետության ներքո։
