SOCIETYՄենք Քաշաթաղից ենք, մեր բնակչությունը բռնի ուժով տեղահանվել է՝ սկսած հոկտեմբերի 18-ից, մեր բնակչության մեծ մասը եղել է ռազմաճակատում, համայնքները հանձնվել են, այժմ մեր պահանջը մեր գույքի փոխհատուցումն է՝ համարժեք և խելամտության սահմաններում: Այս մասին կառավարության դիմաց Tert.m-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արցախի Քաշաթաղի շրջանի Հայկազյան համայնքի ղեկավարը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ Քաշաթաղից այսօր տեղահանված է մոտ 13 հազար բնակիչ, 3000 ընտանիք, որոնց մեծ մասը բնակվում է ՀՀ-ում: Նա նշեց, որ Հայաստանի կառավարությունից տրամադրվել է 300 հազար դրամ և 68 հազար դրամ օգնություն: «Այդտեղ էլ ծրագրային խնդիրներ կան, և բնակչության մոտ 20 տոկոսը չի կարողանում օգտվել այդ ծրագրերից, և արդեն 4 ամիս է՝ մարդիկ ապրելու հնարավորություն չունեն»,- ասաց Հայկազյան համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարը և հավելեց, որ իրենց խնդիրն այն չէ, որ դառնան նպաստառու, պետությունից գումար ստացող, իրենց խնդիրն է գույքի փոխհատուցում ստանալը:
Հայկազյանի նախկին ղեկավարը հիշեցրեց, որ բնակարանների վարձերը ՀՀ-ում տատանվում են 100 հազարից 150 հազարի սահմաններում, որը ի վիճակի չեն վճարել, բացի այդ, կան կոմունալ վճարներ, որոնք ևս արդեն ի վիճակի ենք վճարել: «Մենք դիմել ենք կառավարությանը, փորձել ենք գրագետ ճանապարհով խնդիրը լուծել, արդյունքի չենք հասել, դրա համար այսօր կազմակերպել ենք այս ակցիան»,- ասաց նա:
Նախկին համայնքապետի խոսքով՝ ինչ ներկայացնում են ՀՀ իշխանությանը, նույնը ներկայացնում են Արցախի կառավարությունը: «Չենք անջատում ՀՀ-ն Արցախից, ճիշտ է՝ կառավարությունները տարբեր են, բայց, մեր կարծիքով՝ ֆինանսավորման աղբյուրը նույնն է: Դիմել ենք Արցախի կառավարությունն էլ, պատասխան չի եղել»,- ասաց նա:
