Ադրբեջանցիներին ստիպում են իրենց աշխատավարձի մի մասը նվիրաբերել Արցախի «բարեկարգման» համար

«Հարգելի բաժանորդ, այժմ կարող եք նվիրատվություն կատարել YAŞAT ֆոնդի` sms-ներ ուղարկելով 8110 կարճ համարին». ադրբեջանի բազմաթիվ բնակիչներ արդեն ստացել են նման հաղորդագրություններ իրենց բջջային հեռախոսներին, իսկ ոմանք նույնիսկ երկու անգամ, գրում է Currenttime-ը:
Անցած մի քանի ամիսների ընթացքում Ադրբեջանում նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հրամանագրով ստեղծվել է երեք պետական ֆոնդ: Բոլորն այս կամ այն կերպ կապված են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածքների վերականգնման հետ։ Առաջինը՝ ադրբեջանական բանակին օգնության ֆոնդն է: Այն ստեղծվել է 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 8-ին, Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի և Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի խաղաղ համաձայնագիրը ստորագրվելուց մեկ ամիս անց։
Երկրորդը YAŞAT հիմնադրամն է, որը նույնպես հայտնվել է դեկտեմբերի 8-ին։ Եվ վերջապես, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վերածննդի հիմնադրամը, որը ստեղծվեց 2021 թվականի հունվարի 4-ին: Դրանից ստացված գումարն, ըստ հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչների հայտարարության, կուղղվի ուղղակիորեն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վերականգնմանն ու վերակառուցմանը: Թվարկված բոլոր ֆոնդերում նշվում է, որ իրենց ստացած գումարը կամավոր նվիրատվություն է, յուրաքանչյուրը կարող է դրանք կատարել՝ լինի դա անհատ, թե ընկերություն: Բայց շատ արագ պարզվեց, որ նվիրատվությունները միշտ չէ, որ կամավոր են:
Տարեսկզբից Ադրբեջանի առաջին պետական հաստատությունների, այնուհետև մասնավոր ընկերությունների աշխատակիցները սոցիալական ցանցերում զանգվածաբար բողոքում են, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի համար ենթադրյալ «կամավոր» վճարները, ըստ էության, պարտադիր են: Նրանց խոսքով, այն ընկերությունների ղեկավարությունը, որտեղ նրանք աշխատում են, կա՛մ ուղղակի կրճատում են աշխատողների աշխատավարձերի մի մասը՝ գումարը փոխանցելով ֆոնդերին, կա՛մ ինչ-որ կերպ աշխատողներին ստիպում են աշխատավարձ ստանալուց հետո նվիրատվություն կատարել:
«Նրանք, ովքեր չեն ուզում վճարել, ադրբեջանցի չեն»,֊երբեմն հայտարարում են գործատուները։ Պետական միջոցների պարտադիր և կիսամյակային հարկերը ադրբեջանական «գյուտ» չեն: Այս մեթոդներն օգտագործվում են արաբական և միջինասիական շատ երկրներում փող հավաքելու համար, գրում է պարբերականը։
