Կարագի մանրածախ գները դեկտեմբերի 1-ից հունվարի 11-ն աճել են, հունվարի 20-ի դրությամբ՝ նվազել. ՏՄՊՊ

ՀՀ տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովն արձանագրել է, որ 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ից մինչև 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում տեղի է ունեցել կարագի իրացման մանրածախ գնի բարձրացում որոշ խոշոր առևտրային ցանցերին պատկանող առևտրի օբյեկտներում։
Մասնավորապես՝ «Նոր Զելանդիա» 82,9% յուղայնությամբ կարագի գինը բարձրացել է շուրջ 6 %-ով՝ 3 610 դրամից հասնելով 3 830 դրամի, իսկ «Անքոր» 82,9% յուղայնությամբ կարագի գինը՝ շուրջ 0,5 %-ով՝ 4 440 դրամից հասնելով 4 460 դրամի:
Հանձնաժողովը նշված ժամանակահատվածում արձանագրված գնային բարձրացումների պատճառների բացահայտմանն ուղղված ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում արձանագրել է, որ
1. «Նոր Զելանդիա» 82,9% յուղայնությամբ կարագի ձեռքբերման գինը 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբեր ամսվա ընթացքում բարձրացել է շուրջ 6 %-ով:
2. «Անքոր» 82,9% յուղայնությամբ կարագի ձեռքբերման գինը 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբեր ամսվա ընթացքում նվազել է շուրջ 7 %-ով:
3. 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբեր ամսվա ընթացքում տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ դրամի արժեզրկում ԱՄՆ դոլարի նկատմամբ շուրջ 4%-ով։
4. Դիզելային վառելիքի թանկացմամբ և սեզոնայնությամբ պայմանավորված բարձրացել է բեռնափոխադրման ծառայության արժեքը:
«2021 թվականի հունվարի 20-ի դրությամբ Հանձնաժողովն արձանագրել է կարագի իրացման մանրածախ գնի նվազում, մասնավորապես «Նոր Զելանդիա» 82,9 % յուղայնությամբ կարագի իրացման գինը նվազել է շուրջ 9 %-ով՝ 1 կգ համար կազմելով 3 420 դրամ, իսկ «Անքոր» 82,9 % յուղայնությամբ կարագի իրացման գինը՝ շուրջ 5,4 %-ով՝ կազմելով 4 220 դրամ: Վերջինիս պարագայում իրացման գնի նվազումը կարող է վկայել այն մասին, որ 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 9-ից հետո ցածր գնով ձեռքբերված կարագը շուկայում իրացվում է 2020 թվականի հունվարի 20-ից, իսկ մինչ այդ իրացվել են ավելի բարձր գնով առկա պաշարները: Սակայն հարկ է նշել, որ կարագի իրացման գների փոփոխության համաչափության առավել ճշգրիտ գնահատման համար և իրացման արժեքի վրա ազդող յուրաքանչյուր գործոնի ազդեցության աստիճանը բացահայտելու նպատակով անհրաժեշտ է իրականացնել առավել խորը ուսումնասիրություն՝ ներկրող և իրացնող խոշոր ընկերությունների պաշարների, դրանց արժեքների, պահեստավորման մեթոդաբանության և ապրանքների բացթողնման տրամաբանության և այլ տեղեկատվության հիման վրա»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Հարկ է նշել, որ կարագի մանրածախ գների բարձրացում տեղի էր ունեցել նաև 2020 թվականի հոկտեմբեր-նոյեմբեր ամիսներին, որի վերաբերյալ հանձնաժողովի տարածած հաղորդագրությանը կարող եք ծանոթանալ հետևյալ հղմամբ:
