INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն Իրանի ԱԳ նախարարի հետ համատեղ մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խնդրի վրա ուշադրություն են դարձրել երկար տարիներ, եթե ոչ՝ տասնամյակներ:
Լավրովի խոսքերով, ԵՀԱԿ ՄԽ համանախագահ երկրներից հենց Ռուսաստանն է ամենահետևողականն առաջ տարել այն գաղափարները, որոնք թույլ կտային հասնել կարգավորման. «Համարձակություն կունենամ ենթադրել, որ մենք մի քանի տարի առաջ շանս ենք ունեցել Ռուսաստանի առաջարկությունների հիման վրա հասնել պայմանավորվածության: Այդ առաջարկությունները ստացել էին մյուս համանախագահների հավանությունը: Այն կօգներ խնայել հարյուր հազարավոր կյանքեր՝ երկու կողմերից: Ցավոք այն ժամանակ դա տեղի չունեցավ: Հիմա մենք իրական իրավիճակ ունենք գետնի վրա, որը ձեռք է բերվել նախագահ Պուտինի միջնորդական ջանքերի շնորհիվ»:
Լավրովը նշել է Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների հետ Պուտինի բանակցությունների մասին, որոնք իրենց արտահայտությունն ունեցան նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության մեջ. «Այն, բացի մարտական գործողությունների ամբողջական դադարեցումը, նաև որոշումներ է նախատեսում, որոնց մեծ մասը համընկնում են այն սկզբունքների հետ, որոնք ժամանակին ձևակերպվել են Ռուսաստանի ու մյուս համանախագահների կողմից»:
Ռուսաստանցի պաշտոնյայի խոսքերով, իրավիճակը հիմնականում եղավ այնպիսին, ինչպիսին պետք է լիներ, սակայն մարդկային կյանքերի գնով, ինչը պետք է դաս լինի նման հակամարտությունների մասնակիցների համար. «Մենք չենք պատրաստվում դադարեցնել ուշադրության տակ պահել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցը, ինչի վկայությունը հոնվարի 11-ի գագաթնաժողովն էր, որի ժամանակ համաձայնություն է ձեռք բերվել այն մեխանիզմի ստեղծման մասով, որը գործնականում կիրականացնի պայմանավորվածությունը, որը վերաբերում է տնտեսական կապերի, տնտեսական կապերի ապաշրջափակմանը»:
ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանը, Իրանը, Թուրքիան, Վրաստանը շահագրգռված են, որ տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության, կայունության զարգացում լինի:
