«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.
Երեկ մեկնարկել է ԵԽԽՎ ձմեռային նստաշրջանը, եւ չնայած պատվիրակները հնարավորություն ունեին նաեւ առցանց տարբերակով մասնակցել նիստին՝ քովիդով պայմանավորված, սակայն ՀՀ ԱԺ պատվիրակությունը մեկնել է գրեթե ողջ կազմով։ «Ստեղծված իրավիճակով պայմանավորված՝ կարեւոր հանդիպումներ կային»,- մեզ ասաց ԼՀԿ ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանը, ով նիստից առաջ դահլիճի մուտքի մոտ գերիների հետ կապված բողոքի ակցիա է արել՝ ձեռքին պաստառ․ «Միջազգային ճնշում գործադրել Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ՝ հայ ռազմագերիներին եւ քաղաքացիական անձանց օր առաջ ազատ արձակելու պահանջով»: Չնայած պնդումներին, թե խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտությունն աննախադեպ մակարդակի վրա է, ԵԽԽՎ օրակարգում չընդգրկվեց հայ ռազմագերիների վերադարձի հարցը, որի վերաբերյալ հրատապ քննարկում կազմակերպելու առաջարկ էր ներկայացվել:
Ինչ վերաբերում է ԲՀԿ-ին, պաշտոնական տեղեկատվություն չկա, թե ինչու Ստրասբուրգ չմեկնեցին Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանն ու Միքայել Մելքումյանը, սակայն մեր աղբյուրներն ասում են, որ «բոյկոտն» ավելի շուտ քաղաքական իմաստ ուներ, թերեւս, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը որոշել է, որ չեն մասնակցելու: Ավելին, իշխանական աղբյուրներից տեղեկացանք՝ չի բացառվում, որ շուտով Զոհրաբյանին ընդհանրապես դուրս թողնեն ԵԽԽՎ ԱԺ պատվիրակության կազմից՝ օգտվելով խորհրդարանական նոր «գործիքից»։ Դա կարտահայտվի նրանով, որ նոր ձեւավորվելիք էթիկայի հանձնաժողովը կքննի Զոհրաբյանի «ժեխ»-ի պատմությունը, եւ պատգամավորի վարքում հայտնաբերած խախտման հիմքով ԱԺ նախագահը նրան կհեռացնի պատվիրակության կազմից։ Եվ չնայած Արարատ Միրզոյանն օրեր առաջ չմասնակցեց Զոհրաբյանին Մարդու իրավունքների հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնից զրկելու քվեարկությանը, սակայն Փաշինյանն է հանձնարարել դա անել, քանի որ «Զոհրաբյանն ադրբեջանցիներին կատոկելու իր ելույթներով կարող է վնասել ադրբեջանցիների հետ «խաղաղության պլատֆորմի» աշխատանքներին, չի բացառվում, որ առաջիկայում այդ պլատֆորմը կրկին օրակարգ բերվի»։ Մեր աղբյուրը կարծում է, որ Արարատ Միրզոյանը կկատարի հրահանգը։
