«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.

Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի կադրային «ռակիրովկաները» երբեմն հատում են բանականության սահմանները։ Հունվարի 4-ին ֆինանսների նախարարի պաշտոնից ազատված Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանին Հարությունյանը հիմա փորձում է Հաշվեքննիչ պալատի նախագահ դարձնել։ Թեկնածությունն արդեն ներկայացվել է ԱԺ պատկան հանձնաժողովին, առաջիկա օրերին հանձնաժողովը նիստ կհրավիրի եւ կքննարկի ՀՊ նախագահի հարցը։ Այս տեղափոխության զավեշտն այն է, որ բյուջեն կազմած, բյուջեն գրած պաշտոնյան, փաստորեն, հիմա գնում է ստուգելու իր իսկ կազմած բյուջեն եւ դրա ծախսման արդյունավետությունը։

Սակայն ուշագրավ է, որ նա մրցակից ունի՝ ի դեմս «Արդարություն» խմբակցության ղեկավար Դավիթ Գալստյանի։ Վերջինիս թեկնածությունը նույնպես առաջադրել են, եւ, ըստ էության, խորհրդարանական բոլոր ուժերի, այդ թվում՝ իշխանության համար այս ընտրությունը լինելու է կարեւոր փորձություն։ Հատկապես իշխանության համար՝ պատրա՞ստ է արդյոք թափանցիկ եւ հաշվետվողական լինել հանրության առջեւ եւ այդ պաշտոնը քաղաքական որոշման արդյունքում զիջել ընդդիմադիր գործչի, թե՞ հետպատերազմյան Արցախում էլ «լավագույն ավանդույթները» շարունակվում են։ Ի դեպ, Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը չի ծառայել բանակում եւ ոչ էլ զինապարտ է, մինչդեռ նշված պաշտոնի համար դա սահմանադրական պահանջ է։ ՀՊ նախագահին ընտրում է խորհրդարանը՝ պատգամավորների 3/5-ով, բայց մինչ այդ ԱԺ գլխադասային հանձնաժողովի մեծամասնությունը պետք է կողմ քվեարկի։
