Այժմ սենսացիոն մանրամասներ ԱՄՆ-ում և Ուկրաինայում Հայաստանի դեսպանների հետ կապված իրավիճակի մասին,- գրում է ռուսաստանաբանկ մեդիամագնատ, հայազգի լրագրող, հրատարակիչ, «Lifenews» լրատվական հեռուստաալիքի սեփականատեր, «News Media» հրատարակչական տան գլխավոր տնօրեն և նախագահ, «Բալթիական մեդիախումբ» հոլդինգի նախագահ Արամ Աշոտի Գաբրիելյանովը։
«Ինչպես ինձ պատմեցին հատուկ ծառայություններից բանիմաց մարդիկ՝ Լիլիթ Մադունցին Վաշինգթոնում եւ Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանին՝ Կիեւում դեսպաններ նշանակելը, օպերատիվ աշխատողների լեզվով կոչվում է՝ առանցքային վկաներին հարվածի տակից հեռացնել։ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցներն ինձ պատմեցին, որ և Մակունցը, և Կարապետյանը մարդիկ են, ովքեր գիտեն և կարող են Փաշինյանի կողմից իշխանությունը կորցնելու դեպքում ասել այնպիսի բաներ, որ նույնիսկ Փաշինյանի թունդ կողմնակիցները սարսափից կցնցվեն։
Մակունցը գիտի Նիկոլի ընտանեկան բոլոր գաղտնիքները և որպես Աննա Հակոբյանի ամենամոտ ընկերուհի կարող է նրա մասին պատմել այնպիսի բաներ, որ սերիալների անառակ կանանց ճակատագրերը՝ վանքերից եկած միանձնուհիների ճակատագրեր կթվան։
Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանը մարդ է, ով թաքցնում էր Փաշինյանին այն ժամանակ, երբ Նիկոլը փախուստի մեջ էր։ Կարապետյանը, բնականաբար, տեղյակ է Նիկոլի և МИ 6-ի բոլոր գաղտնի կապերի մասին, Ալիևի հետ Նիկոլի կապերի մասին։ Առավել ևս, հայտնի է , որ Կարապետյանը կուլիսային բանակցություններ էր վարում Ալիևի հետ Շուշին հանձնելու շուրջ՝ Հայաստանի վարչապետի ուղղակի հրահանգով։
Այդ նշանակումների շուրջ լուրջ հակամարտություն է ծավալվել Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ում։ Արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արայիկ Այվազյանը կտրականապես դեմ էր դեսպանների փոխարինմանը։ Նախարարը հայտարարել է, որ նոր նշանակումները շատ բացասաբար կընկալվեն Լավրովի և Կրեմլի կողմից։ Ինչին Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, թե ով է Լավրովը, որ ես համաձայնեցնեմ իմ վստահված անձանց նշանակումները։
ՀՀ ԱԳՆ աշխատակիցներն ինձ պատմեցին, որ ըստ կանոնների՝ Այվազյանը պետք է նամակ գրեր վարչապետին՝ այկ և այս անձանց ներկայացնում եմ դեսպանների թեկնածության համար։ Սակայն նախարարը գրել է, որ այս և այս մարդկանց ներկայացնում եմ որպես դեսպաններ՝ ըստ վարչապետի բանավոր ցուցումի։ Այսինքն, փաստորեն, իր վրայից հանեց սպասվելիք պարտավորությունները։
