Դավիթ Խաչատուրյանն «ընդդեմ» Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանի. ԲԴԽ նորընտիր անդամն անկեղծացավ. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Երեկ Ազգային ժողովում Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի անդամի թեկնածու Դավիթ Խաչատուրյանը իր խոսքում խոսեց տարբեր դատավճիռների մասին՝ դրանք նաեւ խայտառակ որակելով, եւ, որպես օրինակ, բարձրաձայնեց նաեւ «Հարությունյանը՝ ընդդեմ Հայաստանի» գործի մասին։
Այս հայտարարությունն ուշագրավ է այնքանով, որ «Խաչատուրյանը՝ ընդդեմ Հայաստանի» գործն անմիջական կապ ունի նախկին զինդատախազ եւ երեկ խորհրդարանում ԲԴԽ անդամ ընտրված Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանի հետ:
Դիմումատուն եղել է Միշա Հարությունյանը, որը, 1998 թվականին ժամկետային զինծառայության զորակոչված լինելով, 1999 թվականին Սյունիքի մարզի առաջին ատյանի դատարանի կողմից դատապարվել էր 13 տարվա ազատազրկման, իսկ Վերաքննիչ ատյանում բողոքարկումից հետո՝ 10 տարվա ազատազրկման զինծառայողի կանխամտածված սպանության համար: «Միշա Հարությունյանը՝ ընդդեմ Հայաստանի» գործով Եվրադատարանի հայտնի վճռով՝ արձանագրվել է, որ ռազմական ոստիկանությունում հարթաշուրթով եղունգները սեղմելու միջոցով են ցուցմունքներ վերցվել, հարթաշուրթի գործադրմամբ զինվորներին ստիպել են Միշա Հարությունյանի դեմ ցուցմունք տալ, իսկ Միշա Հարությունյանին՝ ինքն իր դեմ:
Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը զինվորական դատախազ է եղել 1997-2006 թվականներին, այսինքն՝ այս գործի քննության ընթացքում հենց նա է եղել զինդատախազ, որն էլ երեկ ԱԺ-ում ընտրվեց ԲԴԽ անդամ հենց Խաչատուրյանի հետ միասին:
Այսպիսով, ԲԴԽ նորընտիր անդամը, որպես խայտառակ օրինակ, բերեց մի գործ, որը տեղի է ունեցել հենց իր գործընկերոջ պաշտոնավարման ժամանակ, որին դիմում էր «ընկեր Ջհանգիրյան»։
