«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Դրամի փոխարժեքը շարունակում է մնալ քաղաքացիներին ու տնտեսվարողներին մտահոգող երևույթների շարքում: Փաստացի անցած երկու ամսում դրամն արժեզրկվել է շուրջ 8 տոկոսով: Սակայն ուշագրավ է, որ նկատելի էին տատանումներ, երբ դրամի փոխարժեքը գահավիժում էր, ապա կանգնում, հետո նորից արժեզրկումը շարունակվում էր: Ըստ փորձագետների, այդ «կանգառները» պայմանավորված են արժեզրկումը ամեն գնով կանխելու իշխանությունների ջանքերով: Իսկ դրա համար, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, կա հիմնական պատճառ: Բանն այն է, որ, ըստ տեղեկությունների, առաջիկայում սպասվում է եվրոբոնդերի հերթական թողարկումը մոտ կես միլիարդ դոլարի չափով, և արտաքին ներդրողներին չվախեցնելու նպատակով իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անում են, որ մինչ եվրոբոնդերի թողարկումը տպավորություն ստեղծվի, թե Հայաստանում մակրոտնտեսական միջավայրը կայուն է, այդ թվում՝ դրամի փոխարժեքը:

Դրա համար իշխանությունները Հայաստանի միջազգային պահուստներից այս ընթացքում անընդհատ դոլար են շուկա նետում: Ըստ տեղեկությունների, խոսքը շուրջ 150 միլիոն դոլարի մասին է: Ինչ վերաբերում է եվրոբոնդերին, ապա դրանց նպատակը բյուջեում առաջացած հսկայական ճեղքվածքը լցնելն է՝ փաստացի Հայաստանի արտաքին պարտքը հերթական անգամ ավելացնելու հաշվին: Ի դեպ, մասնագետների համոզմամբ, եվրոբոնդերի վաճառքից հետո, միևնույն է, դրամի արժեզրկումը կարագանա, քանզի նախ՝ պահելու ռեսուրս չկա, ապա և՝ արդեն շահագրգռվածություն չի լինի:
