Human Rights Watch-ը հորդորել է հետաքննել Բաղրամյան պողոտայում ոստիկանության գործողությունները

Human Rights Watch միջազգային իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունը կոչ է արել իշխանություններին անհապաղ սկսել անկողմնակալ և ամբողջական հետաքննություն' պարզելու' արդյոք ուժի կիրառումը եղել է իրավաչափ և համաչափ: Հակառակ դեպքում, կազմակերպությունը հորդորել է, պատասխանատվության ենթարկել անհամաչափ ուժի կիրառման համար պատասխանատու անձանց:
«Հայաստանում ոստիկանությունն ուժ է կիրառել հունիսի 23-ին էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի բարձրացման որոշման դեմ խաղաղ ցույցը ցրելու համար՝ մտահոգություն հարուցելով մարդու իրավունքների հնարավոր խախտումների վերաբերյալ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ' ասված է Human Rights Watch-ի հայտարարությունում:
Իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունը պահանջել է հետաքննել ծեծի, ցույցը լուսաբանող լրագրողների սարքավորումների անօրինական ոչնչացման և կամայական կալանքի ենթարկելու մեղադրանքները: Ինչպես նաև պետք է հետաքննվեն այն հանգամանքները, որոնց պայմաններում օգտագործվել են ջրցան մեքենաները: «Անգամ եթե երևանյան ցույցն արտոնված չի եղել, ոչինչ չի կարող արդարացնել ֆիզիկական հարձակումները խաղաղ ցուցարարների և ցույցերը լուսաբանող լրագրողների դեմ: Ցուցարարներին ծեծի ենթարկելու և լրագրողների աշխատաքները խոչընդոտելու համար պատասխանատու ոստիկանները պետք է պատասխանատվության կանչվեն»,- ասել է իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպության Հարավային Կովկասի հարցերով փորձագետ Գիորգի Գոգիան:
Հայտարարությունում նշվում է, որ հունիսի 23-ի առավոտյան իրավապահները նախազգուշացրել են ցուցարարներին, որ հանրահավաքը արտոնված չի եղել և հրահանգել ազատել փողոցը: Չհամագործակցելու դեպքում, ոստիկանությունը նշել է, որ «հատուկ միջոցառումներ» կձռնարկի հավաքվածներին ցրելու համար, որից հետո ստիպողաբար ցրել ամբոխին: Վկաներից մեկը Human Rights Watch-ին հեռախոսակապով հայտնել է, որ ոստիկանության երկու նախազգուշացումներից հետո, շատ ցուցարարներ մնացել են իրենց տեղերում: Դրանից անմիջապես հետո ջրցան մեքենաներով մեծ ճնշումով ջուր է արձակել ցուցարարների վրա: Ջրի շիթը հարվածել է ականատեսի երեսին' առաջացնելով ժամանակավոր տեսողական խնդիրներ:
