ՀՀ-ն և Ռուսաստանը կվերացնեն Covid-ով պայմանավորված փոխադարձ ելքի և մուտքի խոչընդոտները

Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի կառավարությունները կվերացնեն փոխադարձ ելքի և մուտքի՝ կորոնավիրուսի համավարակով պայմանավորված խոչընդոտները: Այս մասին ԱԺ-ում հարցուպատասխանի ընթացքում ասաց փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը, պատասխանելով «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության անդամ Սարիկ Մինասյանի հարցին:
«Մենք փորձում էինք ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակում այդ խնդիրը լուծել, չհաջողվեց, բայց ռուսական կողմի հետ նախաձեռնեցինք մի լուծում, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս ազատ սահմանի սկզբունք դնել բոլոր մեր այն հայրենակիցների համար, որոնք ունեն թեստավորման արդյունքներ կամ հիվանդացել և արդեն լավացել են: Մենք կառավարության որոշումը ընդունել ենք, հիմա սպասում ենք նման որոշման ՌԴ-ից, որից հետո այդ մեխանիզմը կսկսի աշխատել»,- ասաց Մհեր Գրիգորյանը:
Փոխվարչապետը հավելեց, որ Ռուսաստանի կառավարության համապատասխան որոշումից հետո կստեղծվի մի համակարգ և անձը անալիզ հանձնելուց հետո կստանա սահմանը հատելու կանաչ լույս, թե՛ Հայաստանում, թե՛ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում:
«Ես հուսով եմ, որ այդ համակարգը կաշխատի ու մեր հայրենակիցները հնարավորություն կունենան առանց խոչընդոտի սահմանը հատելու»,- նշեց Գրիգորյանը:
