«Կանաչ կլիմայի հիմնադրամ»-ից տարածաշրջանում Հայաստանն առա­ջինն է ստացել դրամաշնորհ` 20 մլն դոլարի չափով. «Ժողովուրդ»

«ՀՀ-ում ՄԱԿ-ի «Կլիմայի փոփոխության մասին» շրջանակային կոնվենցիայի պահանջների ու դրույթների համակարգումն իրականացվել է միջգե­րատեսչական համակարգման խորհրդի կողմից: Սակայն «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ ավելի քան մեկ տարի է, ինչ այն չի գործում, և սա այն դեպքում, երբ 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերին աշխարհի առաջնորդներն ընդունել են կլիմայի փոփոխության նոր` Փարիզյան համաձայնագիրը, որով որոշվել է զսպել գլոբալ ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացումը 2 աստիճան Ցելսիուսի սահմաններում՝ ձգտելով չգերազանցել 1.5 աստիճանը:

Հայաստա­նը ևս ստորագրել է կլիմայի վերաբերյալ Փարիզյան համաձայնագիրը` պարտավորվելով մասնավորապես 35 տարվա ընթացքում ջերմոցային գազերի արտանետումները սահմանափակել 633 մլն տոննայի սահմաններում: Ավելին՝ «Կանաչ կլիմայի հիմնադրամ»-ից տարածաշրջանում Հայաստանն առա­ջինն է ստացել դրամաշնորհ` 20 մլն դոլարի չափով: Ավելին՝ ջերմոցային գազերի արտանետումների կրճատման աշխատանքները պետք է մեկնարկեին 2020 թվականից:

Հայաստանը կլիմայի փոփոխության շրջանակներում նաև պարտավորվել է անտառապատ տարածքներն ավելացնել մինչև 265 հազար հեկտարով: Մինչև 2030 թվականը պետք է երկրները ներկայացնեն, թե վերցրած պարտավորություններից որքանն են իրականացրել:

Արդյոք Հայաստանը կիրականացնի ստանձնած պարտավորությունը` ցույց կտա ժամանակը: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ խորհրդի չգործելու պատ­ճառը ՀՀ կառավարության կազմի և կառուցվածքի փոփոխությունն է: Առաջիկայում խորհրդի կազմը կձևավորվի, որի նախագահի իրավասությունը կվե­րապահվի ՀՀ փոխվարչապետին»,-գրում է թերթը:
