INTERVIEWՀունվարի 14-ին Կառավարությունն ընդունեց որոշում «Զինծառայողների ապահովագրության հիմնադրամին» վճարվող դրոշմանիշային վճարների վճարման համահարթ եղանակից պրոգրեսիվ հարկման անցնելու մասին, որով ֆիզիկական անձինք նախկինում գործող 1000 դրամի փոխարեն՝ այսուհետ հիմնադրամին կվճարեն՝ 150.000 դրամ եկամուտ ստանալու դեպքում՝ 1.000 դրամ, 150.000-300.000 դրամի դեպքում՝ 2.000 դրամ, 300.000-500.000 դրամի դեպքում՝ 3.000 դրամ, 500.000-1.000.000 դրամի դեպքում՝ 6000 դրամ, իսկ 1.000.000 դրամ կամ ավելի եկամուտ ստանալու դեպքում՝ 12.000 դրամ:
