ՀՀ արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

«Գլխավոր դատախազ Դ. Ա.-ի տեղակալ Գ.Բաղդասարյանը, ով այս ընթացքում աչքի է ընկել մեծամիտ ու ընդգծված անհարգալից պահվածքով այսօր շատ էր նեղվել ու հունից դուրս եկել այն մտքից, որ իրեն ասացին «Շուշին հանձնող»։

Նախ՝ շատ գովելի է, որ նա չվիճարկեց այն փաստը, որ Շուշին հանձնվել է, այլ ոչ ընկել, որ Շուշին թուրքին տվել են նիկոլը, օմեգան, էրատոն ու մյուս ծածկանունավորները, այլ ոչ՝ գրավել իլհամը, մեհրիբանն ու մյուսները։

Երկրորդ՝ Գեւորգը չի ուզում, որ իրեն ու էրատոյին կամ օմեգային նույն շարքում դասեն։ Նա ծառայում է նրանց, կատարում է նրանց քմահաճույքները, բայց ուզում է ածանցվել նրանցից՝ իբր՝ ես ինչ հանձնող, գնացեք հանձնողին ասեք։

Չէ, Գեւորգ, ափսոսում եմ, բայց իմացի՜ր.

դու հանձնել ես Շուշին կամ որ նույնն է համաձայն ես, որ Շուշին հանձնել են,

դու սատարել ես այն իշխանությանը, ով պատճառ դարձավ շուրջ 7000 երեխու մահվան,

դու ծառայում ես այն իշխանությանը, ով 10000 երեխու խեղման պատճառ դարձԱվ։

Պետք է առերեսվել իրականությանը ու գիտակցել՝ դու Շուշին ազատագրողին մեղադրողն ես ու ուզես թե ոչ, հենց քո ու շեֆիդ շնորհիվ նաեւ հնարավոր դարձավ Շուշին հանձնելը, ով իշխանություն առ իշխանություն, ժամանակ առ ժամանակ այնքաաան «նվիրված» ու սրտառուչ ծառայում է նորին։

Համաձայն չե՞ս, չե՞ս համակերպել, բա ինչպե՞ս տեսնենք։ Ի դեպ,Գեւորգ անվան փոխարեն պետք է ու կարող է լինել նրա շեֆ Արթուրի անունը ու մյուսների, ովքեր ծառայում են դավաճաններին, ովքեր պատվեր են կատարում։
