«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Հունվարին եղանակը բավականին փոփոխական էր։ Արևոտ, տաք, գարնանային օրերին փոխարինելու են գալիս ցրտաշունչ օրերը։ Մասնավորապես՝ այսօր՝ հունվարի 19-ին, և 19-ի լույս 20-ի գիշերը հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում սպասվում է ձյուն, առանձին վայրերում ինտենսիվ, լեռնային շրջաններում սպասվում է նաև բուք, ցածր հորիզոնական տեսանելիություն, ճանապարհներին մերկասառույց։ Օդի ջերմաստիճանը 19-22- ին աստիճանաբար կնվազի 17-20 աստիճանով։ Եղանակային փոփոխությունների հետ կապված առաջին մտահոգությունն, իհարկե, հնարավոր ցրտահարությունն է, ինչի մասին սկսել են ոմանք խոսել։ «Ագրարագյուղացիական միավորում» ՀԿ-ի նախագահ Հրաչ Բերբերյանը նշում է՝ դեռևս խնդիրներ չկան։

«Դեռ ցրտահարության մասին խոսք լինել չի կարող։ Հակառակը՝ մենք սպասում էինք, որ ցրտերը նորից ընկնեն, քանի որ ամեն տարի մինչև փետրվարի տասը մեզ մոտ կայուն ձմեռ է։ Այս քանի օրը մի քիչ տաքացել էր, բայց դե եթե այս տեմպերով էլ գնա, վատ չի։ Ասել, որ տարին ռիսկային է, սխալ կլինի, դրա մասին խոսելը շատ վաղ է։ Խորհուրդ կտամ մեր ոլորտից չհասկացողներին իրենց քիթը չխոթել մեր բնագավառ և կարծիքներ չհայտնել։ Մեր հիմնական խնդիրը, վտանգն այն է, որ գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտն անկազմակերպ է, կառավարությունը որևէ քայլ չի անում»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է Բերբերյանը։ Հետաքրքրվում ենք՝ արդյոք ՀԿ-ի կամ էլ գյուղոլորտի ներկայացուցիչները հանդիպե՞լ են էկոնոմիկայի նորանշանակ նախարար Վահան Քերոբյանի հետ։ «Մենք միշտ էլ պատրաստ ենք մեր երկրին օգտակար լինել, այսօր էլ մեր բեռը շարունակում ենք տանել։ Հիմա արդեն մեր միավորումը գարնանացանի համար սերմնացուի, պարարտանյութի պատրաստություն է տեսնում։ Մենք մեր գործն անում ենք։ Այն հայտարարությունները, որոնք արվեցին էկոնոմիկայի նորանշանակ նախարարի կողմից, տարօրինակ էին։

Ասում է՝ շատ լավ է, սահմանները կբացվեն, բայց բաց սահմանների դեպքում մեր գյուղացին այլևս անելու ոչինչ չի ունենա։ Սահմանը նրա համար է, որ դու կարողանաս կանոնակարգել ներքին արտադրանքը և նպատակահարմարության դեպքում ներկրումները։ Այսօր Հայաստանում լոլիկի և վարունգի տեղական արտադրանքի գինը 70 տոկոսով թանկ է, քան Թուրքիայինը։ Դա ջեռուցման հաշվին է։ Շատ եմ ցավում, որ «քայլող-վազողները» շատ հեռու են մեր բնագավառից»,-նշում է մեր զրուցակիցը՝ ընդգծելով, որ պրակտիկայում չի եղել դեպք, երբ նոր նախարար նշանակվելիս չզանգահարեին իրեն, հանդիպումներ չկազմակերպեին։

«Հատկապես էկոնոմիկայի նախկին նախարար Տիգրան Խաչատրյանն ինձ հետ անընդհատ կապի մեջ էր, կարծում եմ՝ շատ հարցերում օգնել եմ նախարարությանն իմ խորհուրդներով։ Իսկ նորանշանակ նախարարի հետ դեռ հանդիպում չի եղել»,-ասում է մեր զրուցակիցը։Միևնույն ժամանակ կարծիք է հայտնում, թե ի՞նչ պետք է խոսեն նորանշանակ նախարարի հետ, ինչ հարցեր քննարկեն։ Բերբերյանը եզրափակում է՝ ծանր ժամանակաշրջան ենք ապրում, բայց վստահաբար դուրս կգանք այս վիճակից։
