Ադրբեջան-Թուրքիա համատեղ զորավարժությունները մեզ հուշում են, որ ռազմական գործողությունները նրանց օրակարգից դուրս չեն եկել, և մեր քաղաքականությունը պետք է հաշվի առնի այդ ամենը. Տիգրան Աբրահամյան

Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը չեն թաքցնում իրենց նպատակները, ինչը սպառնալիք է Հայաստանի և Արցախի համար: Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը նույնիսկ վերջին ռազմական գործողություններից հետո շարունակում են պահանջատիրական բնույթի հայտարարություններ, որոնք վերաբերում են Հայաստանի տարբեր շրջաններին, այդ թվում՝ Սյունիքի մարզին, և ինչպես ժամանակն ու պատմությունն են ցույց տվել, նրանք իրենց արգելող որևէ գործոն չունեն ռազմական գործողությունների միջոցով իրենց նպատակներին հասնելու համար: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց «Հենակետ» վերլուծական կենտրոնի ղեկավար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Կարսում կայանալիք Թուրքիա-Ադրբեջան համատեղ զորավարժություններին:
Նշենք, որ ինչպես փոխանցում է «Razm.Info» կայքը, թուրքական «Հաբերթուրք» լրատվական գործակալությունը հայտնում է, որ Կարսում Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը համատեղ զորավարժություններ են անցկացնելու՝ ներգրավվելով տանկային, հրետանային միջոցներ, ուղղաթիռներ ու հատուկջոկատայինների ստորաբաժանումներ:
Աբրահամյանի խոսքով՝ առաջիկայում ակնկալելի է, որ կրկին կլինեն Ադրբեջան-Թուրքիա համատեղ զորավարժություններ, որը մեզ հուշում է, որ ռազմական գործողություններն Ադրբեջան -Թուրքիա օրակարգից դուրս չեն եկել, և մեր քաղաքականությունը պետք է հաշվի առնի այդ ամենը:
«Ցավալիորեն, ռազմական գործողությունների արդյունքում Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան հոգեբանական ազդեցության ճնշման մեծ թվով լծակներ է ձեռք բերել, որոնք կիրառում է Հայաստանի վրա, և այս զորավարժությունները դրանցից մեկն են: Պետք է նաև հաշվի առնել այն հանգամանքը, որ նա մեծ ամբիցիաներ ունի տարածաշրջանում առավելություններ ստանալու և իր մրցակիցներից առաջ անցնելու համար, և նա ամեն ինչ անում է, որ տարածաշրջանում ամրապնդի իր դիրքերը, և սա նաև այդ դրսևորումներից մեկն է: Հաշվի առնելով, որ զորավարժություններ անցկացնող ուժը մեր նկատմամբ թշնամական տրամադրված երկիր է, արդեն իսկ նրա կողմից զորավարժությունների անցկացումը մեզ համար պետք է մտահոգիչ լինի»:
Անդրադառնալով հարցին՝ հաշվի առնելով տարածաշրջանում ընթացող զորավարժությունները՝ արդյո՞ք ՀՀ-ն էլ չպետք է զորավարժություններ անի, Աբրահամյանը նշեց, որ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբն ամեն տարվա համար ունի իր մարտական պատրաստության պլանը, որի մեջ մտնում է նաև զորավարժությունների անցկացումը։ Այս պարագայում զորավարժությունների անցկացումը, զորքերում զգոնության բարձրացմանը կամ սպառնալիքների չեզոքացմանն ուղղված քայլերը սպասելի են, սակայն պետք է որոշի Գլխավոր շտաբը:
