«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Խորհրդարանի իշխող խմբակցության շատ պագամավորներ նոյեմբերի 9-ի լույս 10-ի գիշերը տեղի ունեցած ջարդուփշուրից հետո շարունակում են խուսափել փողոց դուրս գալուց։ Հատկապես այն դեպքերից հետո, երբ մի խումբ երիտասարդներ սկսել էին իշխանական պատգամավորների տների բակերը գնալ, ու «դավաճան» որակումներով ամոթանք տալ պատգամավորներին, շատ օրենսդիրներ ընդհատակ են անցել:

Որոշ մասը վախենում է խայտառակվելուց, որոշ մասը վախենում է, որ կհարձակվեն ու կվնասեն իրենց: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ իշխանական պատգամավորների վախերը հաղթահարելու առաջարկով է հանդես եկել ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը: Նա խմբակցության դնփակ նիստերից մեկի ժամանակ հայտարարել է, որ շուտով պատգամավորներին զենքեր կբաժանվեն, որպեսզի անարգել ելումուտ անեն:

Հիմա կառավարությունը զենքերի հավաքագրմամբ է զբաղվում, որպեսզի իշխանական պատգամավորներին բաժանի. դե, օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելը արդեն տեխնիկայի հարց է: Պարզապես անհասկանալի է, թե ինչպես է ՀՀ կառավարությունը հիմնավորելու միայն իշխող ուժի ներկայացուցիչներին զենք բաժանելու գաղափարը, եթե խոսքը վերաբերում է պատգամավորներին զենք տալուն:

Հայտնի է, որ ՀՀ ԱԺ-ում կան 132 պատգամավորներ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան», «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» եւ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցություներից եւ 8 անկախ պատգամավորներ: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը այս իրավիճակի շուրջ զրուցեց ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հովիկ Աղազարյանի հետ, պարզելու համար տեղեկատվությունը: Աղազարյանն ասաց, որ ինքը տեղյակ չէ, գուցե եղել է ինչ-որ նիստ, որին ինքը չի մասնակցել, բայց նաեւ ասաց, թե պատգամավորներին զենք տալն իր համար ընդունելի չէ. «Չէ, ես չեմ կիսում այդ տեսակետը»:

Ի դեպ, պատգամավորը հայտարարեց, որ ինքը որեւէ վտանգ չի տեսնում, տրանսպորտով է երթեւեկում, ու որեւէ խնդիր չկա իր համար: Իմքայլական պատգամավոր Հրաչյա Հակոբյանը մեզ ասաց, որ ինքը եւս տեղյակ չէ նման բանից, գուցե բաց է թողել այդ նիստը: Հիշեցնենք, որ վերջերս դատավորները իրավունք ստացան զենք ունենալու, երեկ արդեն հայտնի դարձավ, որ շուտով Պետեկամուտների կոմիտեի օպերատիվ գործունեություն ծավալող եւ մի խումբ այլ աշխատակիցներ հնարավորություն կունենան զենք ունենալ: Նախագիծը ԱԺ պաշտպանության, ազգային անվտանգության եւ ներքին գործերի հարցերով մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստում քննարման դրվեց:
