ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Աննա Նաղդալյանի պատասխանը լրատվականների հարցին.

Հարց. ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը հայտարարել է, որ ռուսական կողմը մշտապես աջակցել է հայ և ադրբեջանական հասարակությունների միջև հումանիտար շփումների իրականացմանը: Արդյոք կա՞ն նախադրյալներ նման ծրագրերի համար:

Պատասխան. Մենք բարձր ենք գնահատում Ռուսաստանի ջանքերը տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն և կայունություն հաստատելու ուղղությամբ: Հայկական կողմը մշտապես կողմ է հանդես եկել տարածաշրջանում հասարակությունների միջև հումանիտար շփումներին, որոնք պետք է հիմնված լինեն փոխադարձ հարգանքի և հանդուրժողականության վրա՝ նպատակ ունենալով ձևավորելու վստահություն կողմերի միջև: Անշուշտ, այդպիսի ծրագրերին պետք է նախորդեն համապատասխան նախադրյալներ: 

Վերջին օրերին Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության կողմից թմբկահարվող հայտարարությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ դեռևս Ադրբեջանը պատրաստ չէ դրան: Ավելին, Ադրբեջանի կողմից հայ ռազմագերիներին վերադարձի հարցում խոչընդոտների հարուցումը, հայերի էթնիկ զտումը փառաբանող նամականիշի թողարկումը, ինչպես նաև նախագահ Ալիևի կողմից շարունակաբար հնչեցվող սպառնալիքները գալիս են փաստելու, որ Ադրբեջանը մարտահրավեր է նետում միջազգային միջնորդների՝ վստահության մթնոլորտ ձևավորելուն ուղղված ջանքերին: 

Հատկապես դատապարտելի են Ադրբեջանի նախագահի՝ Շուշի քաղաքում հնչեցված սադրիչ հայտարարությունները, ինչպես նաև պատերազմի ընթացքում թիրախավորված Սուրբ Ամենափրկիչ Ղազանչեցոց եկեղեցին Ադրբեջանի «ռազմական ավար և հաղթանակի խորհրդանիշ» ներկայացնելու փորձերը:  

Այս իրողություններն վկայում են, որ հակամարտությունը դեռևս հեռու է լուծված լինելուց, և խաղաղ գործընթացն անհրաժեշտ է՝ տարածաշրջանում տևական խաղաղություն հաստատելու նպատակով:
