Պարտված իշխանության ներկայացուցիչը չի կարող պաշտպանել հայ ռազմագերիների շահերը․ Սեյրան Օհանյանը՝ Գլխավոր դատախազին

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում բաց նամակ է գրել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանին․
 
«Պարո՛ն դատախազ,
Ես՝ որպես ռազմաքաղաքական գործիչ, ով կանգնած է Արցախի և Հայաստանի պետականության ու բանակի կերտման հիմքում և այսօր էլ խորապես մտահոգ հետևում է հայ գերիների ազատման, վերադարձի գործընթացին, անկեղծորեն չեմ հավատում ո՛չ ձեզ, ո՛չ էլ այս իշխանության ո՛րևէ անդամի, որ կարող եք ներդրում ունենալ միջազգային ասպարեզում մեր պետությանը և նրա հեղինակությանը վերաբերող որևէ հարց հօգուտ Հայաստանի լուծելու համար։
Պարտված իշխանության ներկայացուցիչը չի կարող միջազգային ասպարեզում պաշտպանել ադրեջանական բանտերում որպես ահաբեկիչներ պահվող հայ ռազմագերիների շահերը, առավել ևս՝ ապահովել նրանց վերադարձը։
Ինչպես կարող է այս իշխանության ներկայացուցիչը խոսել ռազմագերիների մասին, երբ միջազգային ատյաններում որևէ ջանք չի ձեռնարկել՝ Ադրբեջանին խստորեն դատապարտելու 2020թ․ 44-օրյա պատերազմը սանձազերծելու համար՝ միևնույն ժամանակ փաստացի արձանագրելով, որ հենց Ադրբեջանն է սանձազերծել 1992-1994 թթ․ Արցախյան առաջին, 2016 թ․ ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմները, որոնք ուղեկցվել են ռազմական ծանրագույն հանցագործություններով։
Ասեք, ինչպես վերաբերվեմ ձեզ՝ որպես հայ մարդու, երբ գերիների հարցն առանց լուծելու փաստաթղթեր եք ստորագրում Ադրբեջանի դատախազի հետ։
Քմծիծաղով կարդացի միջազգային հետախուզումից ինձ ազատելու ուղղությամբ «ձեր ջանքերը»․ իսկապե՞ս դուք կարծում եք, որ հակամարտող պետության հանցագործ իշխանության դատախազի հետ պետք է քննարկել այդ հարցը։
Հիշեցնեմ իմ «իրավունքները պաշտպանող» դատախազին, որ 2018 թ․ դեկտեմբեր ամսին, երբ իմ դեմ դեռևս քրեական գործ հարուցված չէր, ինձ արգելեցին հատել հայ-վրացական սահմանը՝ կոպտորեն խախտելով ազատ տեղաշարժի իմ իրավունքը, իսկ դատախազությանն ուղղված մեր բողոքներից հետո կոծկվեց այդ հանցագործությունը։
Ձեր ադրբեջանցի գործընկերոջ հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ առավելագույնը կարող էիք «հպարտությամբ» զեկուցել, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում անձամբ ձեր անմիջական մասնակցությամբ է «ստեղծագործվել» և «կարվել» մարտիմեկյան խայտառակ դատավարությունը, իսկ Շուշիի ազատագրման օրը երեք ռազմաքաղաքական գործիչների, որոնք կանգնած են Արցախի և Հայաստանի պետականության կերտման հիմքում, կանգնեցրել եք «ամենաարդար» դատարանի առաջ։
Եվ այս ամբողջ ժամանակահատվածում դուք ոչ մի խոսք չասացիք, չարտահայտեցիք ձեր դիրքորոշումը Ադրբեջանի հանցագործ ռազմաքաղաքական իշխանության և իրավական համակարգի, ինչու ոչ, նաև իմ նկատմամբ իրականացված անօրենության վերաբերյալ։
Պատմության թափանիվը առաջ կընթանա։
Կասկած չունեմ, որ հայ ժողովուրդը կուղղի իր վիրավոր մեջքը, իսկ այս իշխանությունը, որ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության հետ հիմքեր է ստեղծում մեր պետականության անկման համար, կանգնելու է ո՛չ միայն միջազգային արդարադատության, այլ առնվազն հայ ժողովրդի և Աստծո՛ դատաստանի առաջ։
