Դեղատներում վերահսկողությունից դուրս վիճակ է. ինչու են դեղերը թանկացել. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հայաստանյան դեղատների գործելաոճը, կարծես թե, վերահսկողությունից դուրս է մնացել. երբ դեղամիջոցի պահանջարկը մեծանում է, մեծ արագությամբ թանկանում է նաեւ դեղամիջոցը։
Եւ ամենակարեւորը՝ դեղատները նման անբարեխիղճ գործելաոճի համար չեն պատժվում։ Այսօր հայաստանյան դեղատներում հասարակ ջերմաչափը ոսկու գին ունի։ Եթե նախկինում ջերմաչափը վաճառվում էր 500-600 դրամով, ապա հիմա այն արժե 1200-1400 դրամ։ Իսկ երբ սպառողը բացատրություն է պահանջում դեղատան աշխատողից, ստանում է հետեւյալ պատասխանը. «Պահանջարկն ավելացել է»:
Օրինակ՝ «Տերաֆլյու», «Անտիգրիպին» հակավիրուսային թեյերի գները բարձրացել են 10-20 դրամով։ Բացի այս, արձանագրենք, որ թանկացել են նաեւ սիրտ-անոթային հիվանդությունների համար կիրառվող դեղերը։ Միակ կարեւոր նորությունը՝ հակաբիոտիկների գները չեն բարձրացել, բայց չշտապենք, քանի որ որոշ հակաբիոտիկների դեֆիցիտ կա դեղատների մեծ մասում։ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին դիմած քաղաքացիների խոսքերով՝ «Ցեֆտրիաքսոն» հակաբիոտիկը, որը կիրառվում է մի շարք բակտերիալ վարակների բուժման համար, դեղատների մեծ մասում այս օրերին մեծ դժվարությամբ է հնարավոր գտնել:
Խնդրի առնչությամբ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը դիմեց ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարություն, որտեղից փոխանցեցին, որ իրենք գների զսպման գործառույթ չունեն դեղերի շուկայում։ Իսկ, ահա, ՀՀ տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովից վստահեցրին, որ դեղերի շրջանառության ոլորտն ուսումնասիրում են։ Ասել է թե՝ բանը բանից անցել է, բայց ՏՄՊՊՀ-ն դեռ ուսումնասիրում է։ Անգամ հանձնաժողովը օնլայն հարցում է անցկացնում սպառողների շրջանում դեղերի սպառման վերաբերյալ։ Իսկ երբ է գալու գործելու ժամանակը՝ դեռեւս հայտնի չէ։
