Պարզեցվել է վիրավորում ստացած զինծառայողների և քաղաքացիական անձանց աջակցող միջոցներ տրամադրելու կարգը

2020թ․ պատերազմի ընթացքում վիրավորում ստացած զինծառայողներն ու քաղաքացիական անձինք այսուհետ աջակցող միջոցներ կստանան անկախ որևէ սոցիալական խմբում ներառված լինելու հանգամանքից:

Գործող կարգավորման համաձայն՝ վիրավորում ստացած զինծառայողներին և քաղաքացիական անձանց աջակցող սարքեր տրամադրելու համար պարտադիր էր  հաշմանդամության խումբ ունենալը, ընտանիքների անապահովության գնահատման համակարգում ընդգրկված լինելը և որոշ այլ պահանջների բավարարելը։

Հաշվի առնելով այն, որ հաշմանդամության խմբի սահմանման համար անհրաժեշտ է որոշակի ժամանակահատված, իսկ որոշ դեպքերում աջակցող միջոցն անհրաժեշտ է հենց բուժման ընթացքում՝ առաջարկվող ընթացակարգը հնարավորություն է տալիս միայն կարիքների գնահատման միջոցով տրամադրել օժանդակ սարքեր։

Նոր որոշմամբ՝ հնարավոր կլինի կարիքին համապատասխան ծառայությունները տրամադրել առավել հասցեական և ժամանակին։

Եթե զինծառայողներն ու քաղաքացիական անձինք բուժում են ստանում հոսպիտալներում, այլ բժշկական հաստատություններում կամ առողջական վիճակով պայմանավորված չեն կարող ներկայանալ Բուժատեխնիկական հանձնաժողով, ապա զինծառայողների և քաղաքացիական անձանց դիմումի հիման վրա, հնգօրյա ժամկետում հանձնաժողովն  է այցելում անձի գտնվելու վայր, անցկացնում բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննությունը։

Ի դեպ, վնասվածք ստացած զինծառայողներն աջակցող միջոցների ձեռքբերմանն անհրաժեշտ պետական հավաստագրեր ստանալու համար անձնագրի կամ նույնականացման քարտի փոխարեն այսուհետ կարող են ներկայացնել նաև  անձը  հաստատող այլ փաստաթուղթ։

Վնասվածք ստացած զինծառայողներն, ովքեր ունեն հաշմանդամության համար հիմք հանդիսացող խնդիրներ, կարող են բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննություն անցնել զինվորական գրքույկի և հանրային ծառայությունների համարանիշի հիման վրա, աջակցող միջոցներ կարող են ստանալ՝ ներկայացնելով նաև զինվորական գրքույկ։
