էներգետիկ հարցերով փորձագետ, «Մեկ Հայաստան» կուսակցության անդամ Վահե Դավթյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է արել՝ խոսելով Հայաստանում բնական գազի մատակարարման խափանման ու դրա հետևանքների մասին։
Գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․
«Հայաստանում բնական գազի մատակարարման խափանումը թեև պայմանավորված է տեխնիկական պատճառներով, սակայն ունի նաև քաղաքական բաղադրիչ:
Պարզ է, որ Աբովյանի գազի ստորգետնյա պահեստ-կայանից բնական գազի առնման ծավալների հնարավորությունը առավելագույնը կազմում է 6,0 մլն խմ/օր, ինչը բավարար չէ ԱԳԼՃԿ-ներին ու Երևանի ՋԷԿ-ին անխափան մատակարարում իրականացնելու համար:
Սա խնդրահարույց է նաև այն առումով, որ երկրում գործող բնական գազի սակագները մի կողմից խնդրահարույց են բնակչության համար, մյուս կողմից՝ լրջագույն ռիսկեր են ստեղծում «Գազպրոմ Արմենիայի» համար՝ հատկապես ներդրումային ծրագրի արդյունավետ կատարման տեսանկյունից: Իսկ ներդրումային ծրագրի «առյուծի բաժինը», ինչպես գիտենք, ուղղված է հենց Աբովյանի ստորգետնյա պահեստ-կայանի ընդլայնման աշխատանքներին:
Միաժամանակ անհասկանալի է, թե ինչու գազատրանսպորային համակարգում վթարի արդյունքում ձևավորված պակասորդը չի լրացվում Իրան-Հայաստան գազամուղի միջոցով, որի թողունակությունը տարեկան կազմում է 2,3 մլրդ խմ, մինչդեռ լավագույն դեպքում դրանով մատակարարվում է մոտ 450-500 մլն խմ:
Պետք չէ բացառել, որ խնդիրը գտնվում է հայ-իրանական հարաբերությունների տիրույթում, որոնք, ինչպես բազմիցս համոզվել ենք վերջին 2,5 տարվա ընթացքում, նպատակային սնանկացման են ենթարկվել Երևանի կողմից»:
