Ճոխ ծախսեր հետպատերազմական Հայաստանում. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Չնայած Արցախյան պատերազմից հետո Հայաստանում եւ Արցախում առկա սոցիալ-տնտեսական խնդիրներին՝ Հայաստանում իշխանությունները շարունակում են այնպիսի ծախսեր կատարել, որոնք զարմանք են առաջացնում այս իրավիճակում:
Նախ, Ազգային ժողովը մտադիր է հունվարի 18-ին մեկնարկող նստաշրջանում քննարկել Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի ստեղծման հարցը, եւ միայն երկու տարվա համար այդ կառույցին 8 մլրդ դրամ է հատկացվելու: Այդ գումարից մոտ 5,1 միլիարդը՝ աշխատավարձի, կոմունալ եւ գրասենյակային ծախսերի, ավելի քան .5 միլիարդը՝ շենքային պայմանների, 285,5 միլիոնը՝ տեխնիկական հագեցվածության, իսկ 192 միլիոն դրամն էլ՝ տրանսպորտային հագեցվածության համար։ Կոմիտեի աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձն էլ մոտավոր կկազմի 650 հազար՝ առանց հարկերի, կոմիտեի նախագահինը՝ 700 հազարի չափ:
Այսինքն՝ նոր քննչական մարմինը, որը պետք է զբաղվի կոռուպցիոն գործերի բացահայտմամբ, արժենալու է 8մլրդ դրամ։
Բացի այս, ինչպես հաղորդում է Երեւանի ավագանու «Լույս» խմբակցության ղեկավար Դավիթ Խաժակյանը, Երեւանի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանի որոշմամբ՝ «Երեւան» հիմնադրամի միջոցներից 24 միլիոն դրամ է հատկացվում «Անահիտ Սուքիասյան» Ա/Ձ-ին 100 գազելներ «մշակված դիզայնին համապատասխան թաղանթապատելու նպատակով»։
Ինչպես ավագանու անդամն է բնութագրել, 24 միլիոն դրամ՝ գազելներին «պլյոնկա» փակցնելու համար: Իսկ Երեւանի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանը «քրոնիկ» արձակուրդում է, եւ չկա բացատրություն, թե ինչու հենց այդ անհատ ձեռնարկատիրոջը փոխանցվեց կլորիկ գումարը։
Մեկ այլ փաստ եւս. միայն դեկտեմբեր ամսին ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի բացված գրի աշխատակիցներին հատկացվել է շուրջ 250 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով պարգեւավճար, իսկ 2020թ.-ին ՀՀ ՔԿ աշխատակիցներին ընդհանուր առմամբ հատկացվել է 2.663.320 ԱՄՆ դոլար պարգեւավճար: Այնինչ այս իրավիճակում գումարները պետք է ուղղվեին Արցախում անօթեւան մնացած քաղաքացիների կարիքները հոգալուն:
