«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Հունվարի 11-ին Մոսկվայում տեղի ունեցավ Պուտին-Փաշինյան-Ալիև եռակողմ հանդիպումը։ Թեև ՀՀ իշխանությունները վստահեցնում էին, թե Մոսկվայում եռակողմ հանդիպմանը չի նախատեսվում փաստաթղթի ստորագրում, փաստաթուղթ, այնուամենայնիվ, ստորագրվեց։ Բացի այն, որ ստորագրված հայտարարությունում հայկական շահերից բխող ոչ մի դրույթ չկար, մի բան էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ Ադրբեջանում գտնվող հայ ռազմագերիների հարցն իրեն չի հաջողվել լուծել։ Այսինքն, ունենք մի իրավիճակ, երբ Հայաստանի շահերը ներկայացնող անձը պրոհայկական ոչ մի կետ չի կարողացել իրականացնել, սակայն դրա հետ մեկտեղ բավականին հանգամանալից քննարկվել է ճանապարհների ապաշրջափակման հարցը, ստեղծվել է դրանց ժամանակագրությունը։

Զավեշտալին այն է, որ տեղի ունեցածից հետո իշխանական քարոզչական մեքենան ակտիվորեն շրջանառում է այն թեզը, թե հայ գերիների հարցը բաց է մնացել, քանի որ, կոպիտ ասած, «Պուտինը չի ցանկացել»: Այլ կերպ ասած՝ տեղի ունեցած և շարունակվող խայտառակության մեջ դարձյալ մեղավոր են բոլորը, բացի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից: Այս դեպքում գլխավոր մեղավորը ռուսներն են։ Ընդհանրապես, նկատելի է, որ հետկապիտուլ յացիոն շրջանում իշխանական ու մերձիշխանական որոշակի շրջանակներ նորից սկսել են իրականացնել ակտիվ հակառուսական քարոզչություն: Եվ արշավը, բնականաբար, չի սահմանափակվում միայն այս մեկ հարցով. նկատելի է հստակ միտում՝ հնարավոր ու անհնար շատ մեղքեր բարդել ռուսների վրա:
