Վատիկանում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
«Սկզբում Նիկոլը նրանից վերցրեց լավ ապրելու հավատը, ապա գողացավ ազատ ապրելու հույսը։ Հետո խլեց հայրենիքի մի մասը, վերջում՝ որդուն։ Իսկ հիմա զրկում է ազատությունից։
Ես գրում եմ Գուրգեն Վարդանյանի մասին, որովհետև նա հավաքական կերպար է ու այն, ինչ կատարվում է նրա հետ, կարելի է պրոյեկտել ամբողջ ժողովրդի վրա։
Գուրգենին սկզբում ասացին, որ կառավարությանը դուռը ժողովրդինն է, հետևաբար՝ կուզի կջարդի, կուզի՝ ոչ։ Իսկ հիմա, երբ սեփական որդու կորստի ցավից ու չդադարող ստից հուսահատված, նա վնասեց ՊՆ դարպասը նրան նետեցին բանտ և սպառնում են 5-10 տարի զրկել ազատությունից:
Պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք հայրենիքին սեփական զավակին նվիրած, նրան խելագարի պես փնտրող մարդուն… ինչ-որ դարպաս վնասելու համար:
Իսկ թե ինչու են սա անում, շատ պարզ է։ Դավաճան վիժվածքի հաշվարկով՝ այդ մարդիկ պետք է վախենան և լռեն։ Նոյեմբերին 10-ից հետո այդ մարդիկ ընկան նիկոլական թակարդը և որոշեցին, որ իրենց պայքարը Նիկոլի դեմ չէ, ավելին՝ այն ապաքաղաքական է։
Իհարկե, Գուրգենին կարելի է հարցել, օրինակ, ինչո՞ւ ընտրեց հենց ՊՆ դարպասը, որովհետև կոնկրետ այդ դարպասից ոչինչ կախված չէր և եթե պետք էր դուռ կոտրել, ապա դա Նիկոլի և Աննայի շքամուտքն է, որի հետևում է խեղվել Գուրգենի որդու ճակատագիրը:
Բայց այս գրառման հասցեատերը ոչ թե Գուրգեն Վարդանյանն է, այլ ՔԿ Երևանի քննչական վարչության պետը, որը Նիկոլի ուղիղ հրահանգով
քրեական գործ է կարում ցավից կուրացած ու հայրենիքին իր ամենաթանկը տված մարդու դեմ: Այս քրեական գործի նպատակը Գուրգենին և մնացած ծնողներին լռեցնելն է: Զավակներին սպանեցին, հողերը տվեցին, հիմա էլ փորձում են զրկել ձայնի իրավունքից։
Վարչության պետը երևի լավ չի հասկանում, թե իրեն ինչ է սպասվում այդ սրբապղծությունը անելու դեպքում: Իսկ եթե հասկանալով է անում, թող չփոշմանի:
Նա և իր մեծ ընտանիքը կունեզրկվեն, ինքն անձամբ կպատժվի օրենքի ամբողջ խստությամբ և կհայտնվի այն բանտախցում, որում կլինեն Սասուն Խաչատրյանն ու Նիկոլի մյուս «դահիճները»։ Նա դեռ շանս ունի չասոցացվելու հոգեվարքի մեջ գտնվող դավաճանների հետ և դեռ ունի հնարավորություն մարդկային ողբերգությունը մահակ ու քաղաքական գործիք չդարձնելու:
Ես դիմում եմ նաև իմ իրավաբան ու իրավապաշտպան ընկերներին: Խնդրում և հորդորում եմ զբաղվել այդ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությամբ։
