Տեղի է ունեցել հրադադարի պահպանման եռակողմ հայտարարության խախտում, եղել է թիրախային կրակոց։ Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արցախի նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Վահրամ Պողոսյանը՝ անդրադառալով հակառակորդի կողմից հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման հետևանքով Արցախում զինծառայողի վիրավորման դեպքին:

«Մինչ այս դեպքեր են եղել օդ կրակելու, սակայն դիրքերի ուղղությամբ չեն եղել, իսկ այսօր ունենք թիրախային կրակոցի դեպք, որը դատապարտում ենք, և այս պահի դրությամբ ջանքեր են գործադրում՝ հետագայում նման դեպքերը բացառելու համար»,-ասաց նա։

Նա նշեց, որ դեպքի մասին տեղեկացրել են ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի ղեկավարությանը և ակնկալում են պատշաճ քննություն։ «Պետք է բոլոր ջանքերը գործադրենք՝ նման սադրանքները բացառելու ու տարածաշրջանում խաղաղությունն ու կայունությունը պահպանելու համար»,-նշեց նա։

Ըստ Պողոսյանի՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից այս սադրանքը մեկ անգամ ևս հաստատում է, որ խաղաղ գոյակցությունը անհամատեղելի է, և տվյալ պարագայում լուծումը կարող է լինել Արցախի կարգավիճակի՝ հնարավորինս արագ հստակեցումը։ «Այս պարագայում խաղաղության երաշխիքները բավականին նվազ են։ Սրանով նաև Ադրբեջանի կողմից լրջորեն վտանգի տակ է դրվում ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի գործունեությունը»,-ասաց Վահրամ Պողոսյանը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ հունվարի 13-ին՝ ժամը 12:00-ի սահմաններում, ՊԲ կենտրոնական ուղղությամբ տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկի պահպանության տեղամասում, հակառակորդի կողմից հրադադարի պահպանման ռեժիմի կոպիտ խախտման հետևանքով, հրազենային վիրավորում է ստացել զինծառայող, 2000թ. ծնված Վարդան Վաչագանի Կիրակոսյանը:
