Փենսը դեմոկրատներին չի օգնի. ինչպե՞ս կհեռացնեն Թրամփին

ԱՄՆ-ի փոխնախագահ Մայք Փենսը խոստովանել է, որ մտադիր չէ հեռացնել Սպիտակ տան ղեկավար Դոնալդ Թրամփին: Ուստի, ակնկալվում է, որ չորեքշաբթի օրը՝ հունվարի 13-ին, Ներկայացուցիչների պալատը կքվեարկի Թրամփին իմպիչմենտի ենթարկելու օգտին՝ ԱՄՆ-ի կառավարության դեմ ապստամբություն հրահրելու մեղադրանքով: Նյութը վերցրել ենք gazeta.ru կայքից:
ԱՄՆ-ի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատը 205-ի դեմ 223 ձայնով քվեարկել է, որ փոխնախագահ Մայք Փենսին կոչ անեն՝ սկսել ԱՄՆ-ի սահմանադրության 25-րդ փոփոխության կիրառման գործընթացը՝ Դոնալդ Թրամփին պաշտոնից հեռացնելու նպատակով:
25-րդ փոփոխությունը կիրառելու համար Փենսը և Թրամփի կաբինետի անդամների մեծամասնությունը պետք է հայտարարեն, որ Ամերիկայի ղեկավարը չի կարող կատարել իր պարտականությունները:
Սակայն Փենսը նամակ է ուղարկել խոսնակ Նենսի Փելոսիին, որում հրաժարվել է նման քայլից:
«Ես չեմ հավատում, որ նման գործողությունները բխում են մեր երկրի շահերից կամ համապատասխանում են մեր սահմանադրությանը: Ես հիմա չեմ իրագործի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի որոշումը՝ մեր երկրի կյանքում այսքան կարևոր ժամանակաշրջանում քաղաքական խաղեր խաղալու համար», - գրել է նա:
Փենսը հիշեցրել է, որ 25-րդ փոփոխությունը չպետք է կիրառվի որպես պատժի կամ ուզուրպացիայի միջոց, փոխարենը այն պետք է կիրառվի բժշկական կամ հոգեկան անաշխատունակության դեպքերում:
«Ես Ձեզ և Կոնգրեսի յուրաքանչյուր անդամի կոչ եմ անում խուսափել գործողություններից, որոնք կարող են ավելի շատ բաժանել երկիրը և ուժեղացնել լարվածությունը», - շեշտել է քաղաքական գործիչը:
Փենսի նման պատասխանից ելնելով, ակնկալվում է, որ հունվարի 13-ին Ներկայացուցիչների պալատը կքվեարկի Թրամփին իմպիչմենտի ենթարկելու օգտին՝ ԱՄՆ-ի կառավարության դեմ ապստամբություն հրահրելու մեղադրանքով:
