Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մոտ այսօր կայացած խորհրդակցության ժամանակ քննարկվել են Սյունիքի մարզի սահմանային միջավայրի փոփոխությամբ պայմանավորված իրավիճակը և անվտանգության ապահովման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկվող միջոցառումները:

Բացելով խորհրդակցությունը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշել է. «Հարգելի գործընկերներ, այսօրվա մեր խորհրդակցությունը նվիրված է Սյունիքի մարզի խնդիրներին, և մենք այսօր պետք է քննարկենք հարցերի բավական լայն շրջանակ: Հայտնի իրադարձությունների բերումով Սյունիքի սահմանային միջավայրն էական փոփոխություններ է կրել, և այսօր պետք է քննարկենք այն միջոցառումները, որ իրականացվում են Սյունիքի հատվածում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար, պետք է քննարկենք մինչ այժմ իրականացված աշխատանքները և թե ինչպես պետք է շարունակենք այդ աշխատանքները ու ինչ ուղղությամբ: Իհարկե, շատ կարևոր են սոցիալ-տնտեսական,  կոմունիկացիոն խնդիրները, կարևոր են նաև բնապահպանական խնդիրները, և հարցերի բավական լայն շրջանակ ունենք քննարկելու:

Բազմիցս եմ առիթ ունեցել ասելու, որ Սյունիքը համարում եմ մեր պետականության ողնաշարը, և մենք պետք է բոլոր միջոցները ձեռնարկենք Սյունիքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար՝ ոչ միայն Սյունիքում, այլև ամբողջ հանրապետության տարածքում, բայց Սյունիքն այս առումով ունի առանձնահատուկ նշանակություն: Նաև պետք է քննարկենք, թե ինչ սոցիալական և տնտեսական ծրագրեր ենք իրականացնելու այն համայնքներում, որոնք սահմանային նոր կարգավիճակ են ստացել՝ ըստ էության, հայտնվել են սահմանային բնակավայրերի կարգավիճակում: Եվ այսօր կկայացնենք որոշումներ, ձեռք կբերենք պայմանավորվածություններ և կպայմանավորվենք նաև դրանց  հետագա իրականացման ընթացքի վերաբերյալ»:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին զեկուցվել է Սյունիքի սահմանամերձ համայնքների և ճանապարհների անվտանգության ապահովման, սահմանային կետերի տեղորոշման աշխատանքների, քաղաքացիների հնարավոր գույքային վնասների փոխհատուցման գործընթացի և հարակից այլ խնդիրների լուծման ընթացքի մասին:

Արձանագրվել են ընթացիկ արդյունքները, քննարկվել են դեռևս առկա խնդիրների հնարավոր լուծումները և հետագա անելիքները՝ ճանապարհային, հաղորդակցության ենթակառուցվածքների բարելավման, սոցիալ-տնտեսական խնդիրների լուծման և այլ ուղղություններով:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանձնարարել է գործընթացում ներգրավված պատասխանատու մարմիններին՝ արդեն իսկ ձեռնարկվող միջոցառումները, ինչպես նաև խնդիրների գույքագրման և լուծման աշխատանքները շարունակել միջգերատեսչական աշխատանքային խմբի շրջանակում, որն օպերատիվորեն կարձանագրի պրոբլեմները և լուծումներ կտա:
