Ռուսական «Կոմերսանտը» հրապարակել է տրանսպորտային միջանցքների և երկաթուղու քարտեզը, որոնց շուրջ համաձայնության են եկել Հայաստանը, Ռուսաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը: Լրատվամիջոցն իր հոդվածում գրել է, որ հունվարի 11-ին Մոսկվայում կայացած Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների եռակողմ բանակցությունների արդյունքները Բաքվում և Երևանում տրամագծորեն հակառակ գնահատականն են ստացել:

Ադրբեջանում հանդիպումը համարվել է արդյունավետ, քանի որ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել տարածաշրջանում տնտեսական և տրանսպորտային կապերի ապաշրջափակման վերաբերյալ, իսկ Հայաստանում ընդդիմությունը մեղադրել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին թուլակամության և դիրքերի հերթական զիջման մեջ: Հայ հասարակությունը գերիների վերադարձը համարում է առաջնային խնդիր, բայց փոխարենը բանակցություններում քննարկվել էին տնտեսական օրակարգին վերաբերող հարցեր:

«Հանդիպմանը պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել երեք երկրների փոխվարչապետերի գլխավորությամբ աշխատանքային խումբ ստեղծելու մասին, որը կզբաղվի «տարածաշրջանում բոլոր տնտեսական և տրանսպորտային կապերի ապաշրջափակմամբ»: Քննարկվող երկու հիմնական ուղղություն կա: Նախ, սա միջանցք է Ադրբեջանի հիմնական մասից դեպի անկլավ՝ Նախիջևան, որը պետք է անցնի Հայաստանի Սյունիքի մարզով: Եվ երկրորդ`Երևանից դեպի նույն Սյունիքի մարզ տանող երկաթգիծը, որը անցնում է Նախիջևանի միջով: Երկու երթուղիները ակտիվորեն օգտագործվում էին Խորհրդային Միության ժամանակ, բայց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության սկզբով դրանք դադարեցին գոյություն ունենալ:

Այս տրանսպորտային ուղիների փակման պատճառով ժամանակին տուժեց նաև Ռուսաստանը: Երբ վրաց-աբխազական հակամարտության արդյունքում Ռուսաստանից գնացքների տեղափոխումը Վրաստան անհնար դարձավ, Հայաստանը կորցրեց իր գլխավոր դաշնակցի հետ ամենահուսալի ուղին, իսկ Ռուսաստանը`կապը Թուրքիայի երկաթուղիների հետ»,- նշում է «Կոմերսանտը»:

Ըստ կայքի՝ Իրանի հետ տնտեսական կապերի ընդլայնումը կարող է լուրջ օգնություն դառնալ Հայաստանի համար, ինչը մինչ այժմ հնարավոր չէր, հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ երկու երկրները կապվում են միայն մեկ լեռնային ճանապարհով:

«Այսպիսով, Մոսկվայում ստորագրված փաստաթուղթը տեսականորեն պետք է շահեկան լինի բոլոր երեք կողմերին. Ադրբեջանին պետք է ճանապարհ դեպի Նախիջևան և Թուրքիա, Ռուսաստանին՝ Թուրքիա և Հայաստան, իսկ Հայաստանին՝ Ռուսաստան և Իրան: Բայց բանակցություններից հետո դե ֆակտո միայն Իլհամ Ալիևն իրեն հաղթող զգաց, իսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր խոսքում կենտրոնացավ ոչ թե ձեռքբերումների, այլ չլուծված հարցերի վրա, որոնք վերաբերում են առաջին հերթին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակը քննարկելու Բաքվի  ցանկության բացակայությանը, ինչպես նաև հայ ռազմագերիների ճակատագրին»,- նշվում է հոդվածում:
