Մոսկվայում կայացել է Հայաստանի, ՌԴ-ի եւ Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազների եռակողմ հանդիպում. ինչ է քննարկվել

ՌԴ գլխավոր դատախազի նախաձեռնությամբ հունվարի 12-ին տեղի է ունեցել եռակողմ հանդիպում ՌԴ դատախազության աշխատակցի օրվա առթիվ կազմակերպված միջոցառումներին մասնակցելու նպատակով Մոսկվայում գտնվող ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի, Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Քյամրան Ալիևի, ինչպես նաև ՌԴ գլխավոր դատախազ Իգոր Կրասնովի մասնակցությամբ:
Հանդիպման նպատակն էր միջազգային իրավական ոլորտում հետագա շփումների ձևավորման, դրա համար անհրաժեշտ պայմանների, ինչպես նաև արդիական մի քանի հարցերի շուրջ քննարկման ծավալումը:
Այդ շրջանակներում որպես միջազգային իրավական գործակցության ծավալման երաշխիք՝ Արթուր Դավթյանը բարձրացրել է հրադադարի մասին 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրված եռակողմ հայտարարության 8-րդ կետի հնարավորինս արագ կատարման անհրաժեշտությունը, Ադրբեջանում գտնվող հայ ռազմագերիների և պահվող այլ անձանց սեղմ ժամկետներում Հայաստան վերադարձնելու, իսկ մինչ այդ նրանց կյանքի և առողջության երաշխավորման, նրանց այլ իրավունքների ապահովման հարցը:
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը շեշտել է, որ ռազմագերիների և քաղաքացիական անձանց վերադարձը կարևոր երաշխիք կհանդիսանա եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ ձեռք բերված մյուս պայմանավորվածությունների կատարման և տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության ամրապնդման համար:
Այս իմաստով Արթուր Դավթյանը բարձրացրել է նաև տարածաշրջանը միջազգային ահաբեկչությունից զերծ պահելու, դրա դեմ ընդհանուր պայքարի խնդիրը:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում ձեռք են բերվել պայմանավորվածություններ վերը նշված, ինչպես նաև իրավական բնույթի այլ խնդիրների շուրջ քննարկումներն աշխատանքային ռեժիմով շարունակելու վերաբերյալ:
