«Կհիշեք էս շուռնուխցի պապիկին, ում անասնագոմի կեսը մնացել էր ադրբեջանական կողմում։ Երեկ ադրբեջանական կողմը տեսանյութ տարածեց, որտեղ ինչ որ ազեր լրագրող գնացել էր էս մարդու տուն, հետը խոսում էր, եսիմինչ հույսեր տալիս, հայկական թոշակի չափը ծաղրում ու ասում, որ իրանց մոտ ավելի լավ ա։ Պապին էլ ասում ա՝ հա, դե գիտեմ, չեմ կասկածում։
Հասկանում եք չէ՞, որ մենք, որպես պետություն, այլևս գոյություն չունենք։ Հասկանում եք չէ՞, որ հիմա կառավարությունում, մարզպետարաններում ու Ազգային ժողովում իշխանական ձրիակերների մի ողջ կույտ ուղղակի աշխատավարձ ու պրեմիայա ստանում ոչինչ չանելու դիմաց։ Ամբողջ վարչական լծակները կենտրոնացրել են իրենց ձեռքում ու ոչինչ չեն անում։ Չէ, չնայած մի բան անում են՝ հողատուի «երթին» մարդաքանակ են ապահովում։
Երեկ Հանրայինով հաստաոռ պետրոսը հավաքել էր դանչոյատիպ արարծներին ու քննարկում էին համացանցում քֆուրի թեման։ Սաղ հարցերը քննարկել էին, դանչոյին մեր քրֆելն էր մնացել։ էն օրանգուտանի դեմքով ռուբինյան ռուբոն էլ վապշե մոր փորն ընգած լուրջ դեմքով ասուլիսներ ա տալիս հարազատ Ազատությունում, ասես սաղ օքեյ ա։
Ու արդյունքում էս խեղճ մարդը էլի մենակ մնաց իր խնդիրների հետ։ Ստիպված ա իր ծեր կնոջ հետ ադրբեջանցուն սիրաշահի, դեմը չայ դնի, որ իրավունք ստանա իր գոմ մտնի-դուրս գա։
Սյունիքի մարզպետարան, Տարածքային կառավարման նախարարություն, լա՞վ եք։ Էս ամիս հո պրեմիաները չե՞ն ուշացրել։ Դե լավ ա, հանգիստ կարաք զխտկվեք»։
