Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների փոխայցելությունների և առանց վիզայի ռեժիմի հարցերի քննարկման համար նախ անհրաժեշտ է երկու երկրների միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ հաստատել:
Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Լեյլա Աբդուլլաևան` մեկնաբանելով սոցիալական ցանցերում Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության կայքէջի տեղեկատվության քննարկումը, ըստ որի Ադրբեջանն այն երկրների ցանկում է, որոնց հետ Հայաստանը փոխադարձ առանց վիզայի ռեժիմ ունի, գրում է Turan.az կայքը:
«Դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ հաստատելու համար անհրաժեշտ է փոխադարձաբար ճանաչել և հարգել ինքնիշխանությունը, տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու սահմանների անձեռնմխելիությունը»,- ասել է Աբդուլաևան՝ նշելով, որ ներկայումս չկա երկու երկրների միջև փոխադարձ այցելությունները կարգավորող միջազգային պայմանագիր:
«Ուստի այս փուլում անհիմն է խոսել փոխադարձության հիմքով վիզաներից ազատվելու մասին»,-ամփոփել է Աբդուլլաևան:
Հիշեցնենք, որ հունվարի 8-ին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական կայքը ներկայացրել էր այն երկրների ցուցակը, որոնց հետ ՀՀ-ն առանց վիզայի ռեժիմ ունի, ցանկում ընդգրկված է նաև Ադրբեջանը:
