Խստորեն դատապարտում ենք հայ ռազմագերիների հանդեպ Ադրբեջանի կողմից քրեական հետապնդման նախաձեռնումը. ՀՀ ԱԳՆ

ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից եռակողմ հայտարարության և միջազգային հումանիտար իրավունքի խախտումների վերաբերյալ:
Հայտարարությունում ասվում է. «Խստորեն դատապարտում ենք հայ ռազմագերիների հանդեպ Ադրբեջանի կողմից քրեական հետապնդման նախաձեռնումը, ինչի մասին հայտարարել է եկել Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարը: Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների այս գործողությունները միջազգային հումանիտար իրավունքի կոպիտ խախտում են: Արցախի հանդեպ 44-օրյա թուրք-ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի ընթացքում ադրբեջանական կողմն իրականացրել է միջազգային իրավունքի լայնածավալ և համակարգված խախտումներ, որոնց զգալի մասը պատերազմական հանցագործություններ են: Այդ պատերազմական հանցագործությունները վաղեմության ժամկետ չունեն, և դրանց իրականացնողները պետք է ենթարկվեն պատասխանատվության:
Ռազմագերիների ազատ արձակման և հայրենադարձման պահանջը հստակորեն ամրագրված է նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության մեջ, և եռակողմ հայտարարության ընդունումից հետո ռազմագերիների հանդեպ քրեական հետապնդումը հանդիսանում է հայտարարության կոպիտ խախտում:
Հարկ է նշել, որ հայ զինծառայողներն արդեն իսկ գերեվարվել էին եռակողմ հայտարարության մեկ այլ դրույթի խախտման հետևանքով, երբ հրադադարի հաստատումից մեկ ամիս հետո Ադրբեջանը ռազմական գործողություններ էր ձեռնարկել Արցախի Հանրապետության Հադրութի շրջանի Խծաբերդ և Հին Թաղեր գյուղերի ուղղությամբ: Հատկանշական է, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը հայտարարել է ռազմագերիների նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ հայ զինծառայողների գերեվարումից մոտ մեկ ամիս հետո, ինչը ցույց է տալիս, որ Ադրբեջանն օգտագործում է հայ ռազմագերիներին որպես պատանդներ իր քաղաքական օրակարգն առաջ մղելու նպատակով:
Ադրբեջանի կողմից եռակողմ հայտարարության կրկնվող և միտումնավոր խախտումները լրջորեն վտանգում են հայտարարության լիարժեք իրականացումը և ստեղծում են նոր մարտահրավերներ տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության և խաղաղության համար:
