SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ այսօր՝ հունվարի 8-ին, ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության (վարչության պետ Կամո Ցուցուլյանի), ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնի (բաժնի պետ Վահագն Գրիգորյանի) և Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Արարատի քննչական բաժնի քննիչները՝ քննչական բաժնի պետ Վահե Լաչինյանի գլխավորությամբ, համագործակցելով Արարատի մարզի դատախազության դատախազ Արմեն Չիչոյանի հետ, տաք հետքերով բացահայտել են Արարատի մարզում տեղի ունեցած առանձնակի դաժանությամբ սպանությունը:


Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշված սպանությունը բացահայտելու համար ստեղծվել էին մի քանի օպերատիվ քննչական խմբեր և ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները տաք հետքերով բացահայտել են զարհուրելի սպանությունը:


Նշված սպանությունը կատարելու կասկածանքով Արարատի ոստիկանություն են բերման ենթարկվել Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներ, 61-ամյա Նորայր Ն.-ն, 17-ամյա Կ. Մ.-ն, 55-ամյա Տիգրան Պ.-ն, 17-ամյա Մ. Մ.-ն և 57-ամյա Ժորա Բ.-ն:

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ հանցագործությունը բացահայտելու համար Արարատի մարզի ոստիկանների ու քննիչների հետ աշխատել են նաև ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության և ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի ծառայողները:

Պարզվել է, որ հունվարի 5-ին նշված անձինք Վեդի քաղաքի Թումանյան 6 հասցեում գտնվող Վեդիի քաղաքապետարանի սենյակներից մեկում կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել են Վեդիի բնակիչ, 59-ամյա Պետրոս Ա.-ի հետ, որի ընթացքում վիճաբանությանը մասնակցող Նորայր Ն.-ն, Մարսել Մ.-ն, Կ. Մ.-ն և Ժորա Բ.-ն ոտքերով և ձեռքներին ընկած տարբեր առարկաներով ծեծի են ենթարկել Պետրոս Ա.-ին՝ պատճառելով նրան մահ:

Արդեն հունվարի 7-ին՝ գիշերը ժամը 23:30-ի սահմաններում, Կարեն Մ.-ն, Ն. Մ.-ի հետ միասին, վերջինիս հոր՝ 45-ամյա Տիգրան Մ.-ին պատկանող Toyota Corolla մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով սպանվածի դին փայտե արկղով տեղափոխել են Վեդի քաղաքից դեպի Քաղցրաշեն գյուղ տանող դաշտամիջյան ճանապարհի ձախակողմյան հատվածում գտնվող Վեդիի Գոմերի մոտ, գցել այնտեղ ու հեռացել:

Փաստի առթիվ Վեդիի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քր օր-ի 104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ կետով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
Կ. Մ.-ն, Մարսել Մ.-ն, Նորայր Մ.-ն և Ժորա Բ.-ն ձերբակալվել են:

Հայտնաբերվել է նաև ավտոմեքենան, որը տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք:

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, հունվարի 8-ին, դաժան ու առեղծվածային դեպք էր տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։

Ժամը 13։00-ի սահմաններում Ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչություն ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ Վեդի քաղաքից դեպի Գոմեր տանող ճանապարհի ձախակողմյան հատվածում փայտե արկղ կար, որի մեջ դի էր։

Դեպքի վայր էին ժամանել Ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության պետ Կամո Ցուցուլյանը և Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Արարատի քննչական բաժնի խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Վահե Լաչինյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Հաշվի առնելով հանցագործության վտանգավորության աստիճանը, դեպքի վայր էր ժամանել նաև Արարատի մարզի դատախազ Արմեն Չիչոյանը։

Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները արկղի մեջ հայտնաբերել էին մոտ 55-60 տարեկան տղամարդու դի բռնության հետքերով։

Փաստի առթիվ Վ․ Լաչինյանի որոշմամբ՝ հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ ՀՀ ՔրՕրի 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով։
