Բրյուսելում ստորագրվել է ԵՄ աջակցության երկու համաձայնագիր

Բրյուսել կատարած այցի շրջանակում ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանը դեկտեմբերի 11-ին հանդիպում է ունեցել Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի Հարևանության և ընդլայնման բանակցությունների հարցերով Գլխավոր տնօրինության տնօրենի տեղակալ Կատարինա Մաթհեռնովայի հետ: Ինչպես«Արմենպրես»ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության տե ղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարը վերահաստատել է հայկական կողմի հանձնառությունը` զարգացնելու և խորացնելու ՀՀ-ԵՄ համագործակցությունը հնարավոր բոլոր ոլորտներում և բոլոր ուղղություններով:
Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանը նաև ողջունել է Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի կողմից Ավիացիայի վերաբերյալ ԵՄ նոր ռազմավարության փաթեթի ընդունումը, որը ներառում է Հայաստանի հետ ընդհանուր ավիացիոն գոտու վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրի բանակցությունների մեկնարկի առաջարկը:
Նախարար Ճշմարիտյանն ընդծել է, որ ԵՄ աջակցությունը հանդիսանում է ԵՄ-Հայաստան ներկայիս հարաբերությունների կարևորագույն բաղադրիչը և ավելացրել, որ հայկական կողմը բարձր է գնահատում ԵՄ աջակցության գործիքների դերը վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանում հաջողությամբ իրականացված բարեփոխումների գործընթացներում:
Քննարկման ընթացքում երկուստեք կարևորվել է ԵՄ աջակցության շրջանակների ու ոլորտների ընդլայնումը:
Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարը հայտնել է հայկական կողմի պատրաստակամությունը` շարունակելու եվրոպական կողմի հետ համագործակցությունը 2016թ. ակնկալվող ԵՄ աջակցության ուղղությունների և համապատասխան ոլորտների հստակեցման հարցում:
Հանդիպման ավարտին Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանը և Կատարինա Մաթհեռնովան ստորագրել են «Աջակցություն Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ ոլորտի զարգացմանը» տեխնիկական աջակցության և «Աջակցություն Հայաստանում Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը» ԵՄ բյուջետային աջակցության համաձայնագրերը:
Առաջին համաձայնագրով նախատեսվում է ԵՄ կողմից տրամադրել շուրջ 7 մլն եվրոյի աջակցություն` Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ ոլորտի զարգացման գործընթացներին աջակցության նպատակով, իսկ երկրորդով` 11 մլն եվրո բյուջետային աջակցություն և 1 մլն տեխնիկական աջակցություն` մարդու իրավունքների ոլորիտի զարգացման համար:
