Բացարձակ անթույլատրելի, որ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության 8-րդ կետում չկա կոնկրետ ժամկետ` կապված գերիների կամ այլ կերպ անազատության մեջ գտնվող անձանց փոխանակման կամ վերադարձի հետ: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը: Գրառումը՝ ստորև.

«1. Ադրբեջանցի զինվորականների կողմից գերեվարված բոլոր հայ զինծառայողները պետք է ազատ արձակվեն ու վերադարձվեն Հայաստան:  Դա պետք է արվի անհապաղ ու առանց որևէ նախապայման և վերջ:

2. Բացարձակ անթույլատրելի է, որ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության 8-րդ կետում չկա կոնկրետ ժամկետ` կապված գերիների կամ այլ կերպ անազատության մեջ գտնվող անձանց փոխանակմանը կամ վերադարձին:

Բայց սա չի նշանակում, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների համար թույլատրելի է մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային պահանջների ու մարդասիրական  պայմանավորվածությունների անընդհատ խախտումը. արհեստական ձգձգվում է գերիների վերադարձը, չի հայտնվում նրանց իրական թիվը ու նույնիսկ փորձեր են արվում ներկայացնել իրական թվից նվազ թվաքանակ, այդ ողջ ընթացքում շարունակվել է նրանց նկատմամբ խոշտանգումն ու անմարդկային վերաբերմունքը, այդ մասին վկայող տեսանյութերի նպատակային հրապարակումը, խոչընդտվում է զոհվածների մարմինների փոխանակումը ու այլն:

Արդեն հայտարարել եմ, որ այս ամենը հոգեկան տառապանքներ է պատճառում գերիների ընտանիքներին, խաղում է հայ հասարակության էմոցիաների հետ ու լարվածություն է առաջացնում մեր երկրում և դա արվում է նպատակային:

Այս եզրահանգումները հիմնված են Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին հացեագրվող բողոքների ուսումնասիրությունների, ինչպես նաև շուրջօրյա մշտադիտարկման արդյունքների վրա:

3. Ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների հայտարարությունները, թե գերության մեջ գտնվող մեր հայրենակիցները ոչ թե ռազմագերիներ են, այլ ահաբեկիչներ են ու ձերբակալված են, կոպտորեն ոտնահարում են հետպատերազմական մարդասիրական գործընթացը և մարդու իրավունքները պաշտպանող միջազգային պահանջները:

Այդ հայտարարություններն ուղիղ հակասում են նաև 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության 8-րդ կետի պահանջին:

Նրանք կարգավիճակով գերի են և վերջ:

Նույնությամբ բոլոր պահանջները պետք է տարածվեն նաև զոհվածների մարմինների փոխանակման և անհայտ կորածների որոնողական ու փրկարարական աշխատանքների նկատմամբ:

4. Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը բացարձակ դատապարտելի է համարում բնույթով մարդասիրական ու մարդու իրավունքներին առնչվող այս հարցի քաղաքականացումը կամ անգամ հեռավոր կերպով այն տարածքային որևէ հարցի հետ կապելը կամ դա քաղաքական նպատակներով օգտագործելու ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների ակնհայտ փորձերը»:
