Ադրբեջանի կողմից խոցված ռուսական Մի-24-ի մասին գործը վերաորակավորվել է ավելի ծանր հոդվածի շրջանակում

Ռուս հետաքննիչները վերաորակավորել են Ադրբեջանի կողմից Ադրբեջան-Հայաստան սահմանին խոցված ռուսական Մի-24-ի մասին գործն ավելի ծանր հոդվածի շրջանակում, հաղորդել է «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը:
«Քրեական գործը, որն ի սկզբանե հարուցվել էր անզգուշությամբ մահվան հանգեցրած թռիչքների խախտման հոդվածի շրջանակում վերաորակավորվել է ավելի ծանր հոդվածի՝ երկու կամ ավելի անձի կանխամտածված սպանություն»,-ասել է գործակալության զրուցակիցը:
Նա պարզաբանել է, որ, եթե առաջին դեպքում նախատեսված էր մինչեւ 7 տարվա ազատազրկում, ապա երկրորդ դեպքում՝ ընդհուպ մինչեւ ցմահ ազատազրկում: Ընդ որում՝ այդ որոշումը կայացվել է գործի շրջանակում իրականացված օպերատիվ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում:
Աղբյուրը դժվարացել է ասել՝ որքան կտեւի քննությունը: «Այդ հարցում կան որոշակի դժվարություններ այն կապակցությամբ, որ կասկածյալները գտնվում են ուրիշ պետության տարածքում»,-նշել է զղբյուրը: Նրա խոսքով՝ հետաքննությունը վարում են Հայաստանում՝ Գյումրիում, տեղակայված ռազմական քննիչները:
Նոյեմբերի 9-ին Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի սահմանին ռուսական Մի-24 ուղղաթիռ է խոցվել, այն ուղեկցում էր 102-րդ ռուսական ռազմաբազայի ավտոշարասյանը: 2 մարդ է զոհվել, մեկը վիրավոր է: Ուղղաթիռը խոցվել է ԼՂ հակամարտության գոտում ավելի քան 100 կմ հեռավորության վրա: Դեպքի հետեւանքով զոհվել է երկու, վիրավորվել եւս մեկ զինծառայող:
Միջադեպի պատասխանատվությունը ստանձնել է Ադրբեջանը, որը հայտարարել է, որ «սխալմամբ» է խոցել ուղղաթիռը: Բաքուն ներողություն է խնդրել եւ խոստացել փոխհատուցում վճարել:
Նույն օրը երեկոյան ստորագրվել է ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության գոտում հրադադարի մասին հայտարարությունը ՌԴ, Ադրբեջանի եւ Հայաստանի առաջնորդների միջեւ:
