Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կառավարության նախագահի տեղակալ՝ փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկին: Այս մասին հայտնում են Կառավարությունից։

Ողջույնի խոսքում Փաշինյանը շնորհավորել է ՌԴ փոխվարչապետին Ամանորի կապակցությամբ և կարևորել նրա այցը  հայ-ռուսական փոխգործակցության, Արցախում իրավիճակը քննարկելու համատեքստում:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել է այն մեծ դերը, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունն ունեցել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման և հրադադարի հաստատման գործում և նշել, որ ԼՂ-ում ռուս խաղաղապահ զորակազմի ներկայությունը անվտանգության ապահովման կարևոր գործոն է ու երաշխիք: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բարձր է գնահատել ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի անձնական ջանքերը և Ռուսաստանի կառուցողական դերակատարումը Արցախում իրավիճակի կայունացման ուղղությամբ:

Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետը ևս շնորհավորել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին տոների  կապակցությամբ և փոխանցել ՌԴ վարչապետ Միխայիլ Միշուստինի ջերմ ողջույնները: Նա նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանը վերահաստատում է իր աջակցությունը բարեկամ հայ ժողովրդին այս բարդ  ժամանակահատվածում և շահագրգռված է շարունակելու հայ-ռուսական ռազմավարական համագործակցության զարգացմանը միտված ծրագրերը:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկը քննարկել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ստեղծված իրավիճակին, Արցախին ցուցաբերվող հումանիտար աջակցությանը, պատերազմի հետևանքով դիերի և գերիների փոխանակման  աշխատանքներին վերաբերող հարցեր, ինչպես նաև հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների օրակարգային հարցերի լայն շրջանակ։ Ընդգծվել է գերիների փոխանակման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքների հետևողականության կարևորությունը:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյնաը և ՌԴ փոխվարչապետն անդրադարձել են Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև տարբեր բնագավառներում, այդ թվում` տնտեսական, էներգետիկ, տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման, կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարի ուղղությամբ փոխգործակցությանը:
