2021թ. ՌԴ-ի և Թուրքիայի միջև կարող է կոնֆլիկտ սկսվել
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱմերիկյան հեղինակավոր Foreign Policy հանդեսն իր «10 կոնֆլիկտ, որոնց արժե հետևել 2021թ.» վերտառությամբ հոդվածում ի թիվս այլնի անդրադարձել է Մոսկվայի և Անկարայի միջև տագնապալի հակասություններին:
Անդրադարձում նշվում է, որ թեև Ռուսաստանն ու Թուրքիան չեն գտնվում է պատերազմական իրավիճակում, սակայն հաճախ տարբեր հակամարտությւոններում հանդես են գալիս հակադիր կողմերում, օրինակ՝ Սիրիայում, Լիբիայում, կամ էլ բախվում են Կովկասում:
Հանդեսը նկատում է, որ, ինչպես ցույց են տալիս 2015թ. Թուրքիայի կողմից ռուսական ռազմական ինքնաթիռի կործանումը, ինչպես նաև 2020թ. ՌԴ աջակցությամբ Սիրիայի կառավարական ուժերի հզոր ավիահարվածների հետևանքով տասնյակ թուրք զինվորների ոչնչացումը, այս երկու երկրների միջև անսպասելի բախման ռիսկ մեծ է:
Չնայած ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն ու նրա թուրք գործընկեր Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը մինչ այժմ կարողացել են հաղթահարել նմանատիպ միջադեպերը, սակայն ցանկացած վեճ կարող է սրել հակամարտությունները, որոնցում երկու առաջնորդներն էլ ուղղակիրոեն ներգրավված են:
Ինչ վերաբերում է այս համատեքստում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղին, ապա ըստ աղբյուրի՝ թեև ՌԴ-ն ռազմական դաշինք ունի Հայաստանի հետ, սակայն պատերազմի ժամանակ խուսափել է կողմերից մեկի օգտին միանշանական ընտրություն կատարելուց, պահպանել է չեզոքություն և ի վերջո հասել է կրակի դադարեցման՝ վերջ դնելով ռազմական գործողություններին: Թուրքիային Ադրբեջանին ռազմական և դիվանագիտական աջակցություն է ցուցաբերել:
Եվ չնայած այս ամենին՝ Անդրկովկասում այս անգամ հաղթել են թե՛ ՌԴ-ն, թե՛ Թուրքիան: Ռուսաստանն իր խաղաղապահներին տեղակայել է տարածաշրջանում և կտրուկ ավելացրել իր ազդեցությունը, մինչդեռ Թուրքիան կարող է հայտարարել, որ էական դերակատարում է ունեցել Ադրբեջանի հաղթանակի գործում և օգուտ կքաղի Հայաստանով անցնելիք առևտրային միջանցքից:
Պարադոքսալ է, որ չնայած Մոսկվան ու Անկարան բախվում են մարտի մի քանի դաշտերում, այնուամենայնիվ, ներկայում նրանց երկկողմ կապերն ամուր են առավել, քան երբևէ: Այս պետությունների կապերի ամրապնդումը վկայում է, ուր նրանք գնալով ավելի շատ են ընդդիմանում ԱՄՆ-ին և Արևմտյան Եվրոպային:
Այնուհանդերձ այս կապերը չի կարելի կայուն համարել: Հարաբերությունների սառեցումը կարող է երկու կողմի համար էլ խնդիրներ ստեղծել, ըստ որում՝ միանգամից մի քանի ճակատներում:
