2021 թ․ թող լինի մեր երազանքների հայրենիքը կառուցելու մեկնարկի տարին՝ ի փառս նահատակված մեր հերոսների և հանուն մեր ապագայի։

 

ՀՅԴ Գերագույն մարմնի ներկայացուցիչ Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը հանդես է եկել ուղերձով, որտեղ ասվում է.

«Սիրելի հայ ժողովուրդ, Հայաստանում, Արցախում եւ ամբողջ աշխարհում, մենք ճանապարհում ենք մեր ազգի համար թերեւս ամենաողբերգական տարին: Տարի որի ընթացքում մենք մորցրինք հզարավոր մեր զավակներին, արյունով ազատագրված մեր պատմական հողերը, մեր արժանապատվությունը, մեր ուժը, մեր վաստակած հարգանքը, մեր վստահությունը:

Մեր հայրենիքը հյուծված է, վիրավոր ու արնաքամ, մեր ժողովուրդը գլխիկոր է, հուսահատ ու թեւաթափ: Մեր հերոսների կորուստը մենք ավաղվերականգնել չենք կարող: Փառք ու խոնարհում նրանց, որ ընկան հայրենիաիք, քույրերի ու եղբայրների, զավակների ու ծնողների, ժողովրդի ապագայի համար: Եվ հենց այդ ապագայի մասին մտածելով եւ հանուն մեր հերոսների հիշատակի, մենք կարող ենք եւ պարտավոր ենք կանխել ու վերականգնել մեր կորուստները: Նախեւառաջ վերականգնել մեր վստահությունը: Վստահություն հանդեպ ինքներս մեզ` քաղաքացուց մինչեւ երկրի ղեկավար, թոթափելով մեր վրայից սուտը, կեղծիքն ու չարությունը, ապա վերականգնել մեր կորցրած հարգանքը մեզ հասկացողների ու չհասկացողների, մեզ սիրողների ու չսիրողների, մեր բարեկամների ու թշնամիների, ամբողջ աշխարհի մոտ՝ ինքնակազմակերպվելով, ինքնամաքրվելով , կայունանալով ու զարգանալով, զուգահեռ վերականգնել մեր ուժը, շարունակական, համառ խելամիտ աշխատանքով, գիտելիքն ու փորձը շեշտադրելով, դիլետանտությունն ու արկածախնդրությունը բացառելով:

 

Այնուհետեւ այս ամենն ի մի բերելով վերականգնել մեր արժանապատվությունը, քայլ առ քայլ, հեկտար առ հեկտար, շեն առ շեն, ավան առ ավան վերականգնելով մեր կորցրած հայրենիքը:

Սիրելի հայ ժողովուրդ, Արցախում, Հայաստանում եւ ամբողջ աշխարհում. մեր տոնն այժմ սուգ է եւ այդպիսին կմնա այնքան ժամանակ քանի դեռ չվերագտնենք մեր արժանապատվությունը եւ չկարողանանք մեր հողին կանգնել հպարտ ու ամուր կեցվածքով, իրար նայել ազնիվ ու շիտակ հայացքով, աշխարհի հետ խոսել մեր լեզվով, վստահ ու պինդ շեշտադրումներով ու առոգանությամբ: Մենք կարող ենք ու պարտավոր ենք դա անել:

Եկող՝ 2021 թվականը թող լինի մեր արժանապատվությունը վերականգնելու մեկնարկի տարի, ամիսների, տարիների ընթացքում մեր կորցրածը վերադարձնելու մեկնարկի տարի, մեր երազանքների հայրենիքը կառուցելու մեկնարկի տարին՝ ի փառս մեր նահատակված հերոսների ու հանուն մեր ապագայի։
