«Այսօր մեր քայլերը մեզ նորից Եռաբլուր տարան՝
վերջին հրաժեշտը տալու Արցախի հերոս, Հայրենիքի իրական նվիրյալ Մենուա Հովհաննիսյանին, հավերժ խոնարհվելու և խնկարկելու մեր մարտական ընկերների, Արցախյան պատերազմից մինչև այսօր Հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար իրենց կյանքը նվիրաբերած մեր քաջ, ազնիվ որդիների շիրիմների, անվան առաջ։
Մենք պարտք ունենք նրանց առջև․ նրանց սխրանքը մեզ զրկեց հանձնվելու, նահանջելու իրավունքից։
Մենք պարտք ունենք այն մայրերին, ովքեր Հայրենիքին իրենց ամենաթանկն են նվիրել և այսօր էլ Կարին Տոնոյանի նման շարունակում են Հայրենիքի պաշտամունքը սերմանել իրենց նայող սերունդների գիտակցության և արյան մեջ։
Այս ծանր տարվա կորուստների ցավը մեզ չի կարող ծնկի բերել։ Որքան էլ դժվար լինի, պետք է նորից կանգնենք ամուր, գոտեպնդվենք՝ միմյանց սատարելով, որպեսզի հաջորդ տարին՝ 2021 թվականը, դիմավորենք մեզ ուղղված և օրեցօր սաստկացող մարտահրավերները դիմակայելու անսասան վճռականությամբ։
