SOCIETYՀադրութի շրջանի Հին Թաղեր և Խծաբերդ գյուղերի տարածքից գերեվարված հայ զինծառայողների վերադարձի մասին դեռևս հստակ տեղեկություններ չկան։ Այդ տարածքից գերեվարված ավելի քան 60 զինծառայողների մեծ մասը, հիշեցնենք, Շիրակի մարզից են։
]Մարզի Մարմաշեն համայնքի ղեկավար Կարեն Արշակյանը Lragir.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ այդպես էլ հայտնի չէ իրենց, թե ինչ պայմաններում էին գերեվարվել նրանք։ «Մեր տարածաշրջանում այնտեղից հետ եկած մարդ չկա, որ մեկը մեզ պատմեր, որ իմանայինք իրականում ինչ է եղել։ Ես չեմ կարծում, որ մարդիկ 50-60 հոգով զենքը ձեռքին գերեվարվեն։
Երևի կամ զինաթափել են, կամ նմանատիպ բան է եղել»,- ասաց Արշակյանը։ Գյուղապետի խոսքով՝ երկրի ղեկավարությունը պետք է զբաղվի այդ հարցերով, բայց տեսնում ենք, որ զբաղվող չկա։ «Եթե հույսները կապել են Ռուսաստանի հետ, Մուրադովը պետք է որոշի, թե քանի հոգու վերադարձ լինի, Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունն ի՞նչ կապ ունի մեր ժողովրդի հետ։
Փաստորեն, իրենք ասում են, որ մեր ղեկավարությունը Մուրադովն ու Պուտինն են։ Մեր ղեկավարությունը սահմանների մասին էլ տեղեկություն չունի, չեն էլ իմանում ինչի տակ են ստորագրել»,- ասաց Արշակյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Շուշիի շրջանի Հին Շեն և Մեծ Շեն գյուղերում ավելի վաղ շրջափակման մեջ մնացած Շիրակի մարզի կամավորներին էլ էին հրահանգել զինաթափվել։ Նրանք նույնպես գերեվարման վտանգի առաջ էին։ «Իմ ընկերներն են եղել այնտեղ շրջափակման մեջ, իմ տեղակալն է եղել։ Հին Շենից հետո մեր տղերքի դիրքերն էին, ադրբեջանական զորքերը փակել էին մեր տղերքի թիկունքը, 4 կողմից փակել էին, տղերքը մնացել էին լրիվ շրջափակման մեջ։ Հետո ռուս խաղաղապահները Հին Շենի մուտքը բացեցին, բայց մեր տղերքի ելքի ու մուտքի հետ կապված լուրջ խնդիրներ կային, թուրքը փակել էր։
Սպասում էին, որ Մուրադովը գար բանակցեր։ Ես մինչև Արցախի ԱԺ նախագահին եմ դիմել, այդ հարցը լուծել ենք։ Մեր տղերքին ասել էին, որ զինաթափվեին ու անզեն, ձեռքերը վեր դուրս գային այնտեղից, բայց մեր տղերքից մեկը զենքը վայր չէր դրել։ Իրենք սաղ մարտական ուղի անցած տղերք են, ավելի շուտ կմեռնեին, քան թե թուրքի դիմաց զենքերը վայր կդնեին։ Եթե մեր տղերքին զինաթափեին, ամեն ինչ հնարավոր էր, հնարավոր էր գերեվարեին»,- նշեց նա։
