ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ երկրների պատվիրակները բարձր են գնահատել Հայաստանի համագործակցությունը դաշինքի հետ

ՆԱՏՕ-ի կենտրոնակայանում դեկտեմբերի 10-ին տեղի է ունեցել ՆԱՏՕ-ի գործընկերության եւ համագործակցային անվտանգության կոմիտե + Հայաստան ձեւաչափով նիստը, որը նախագահել է Կովկասում եւ Կենտրոնական Ասիայում ՆԱՏՕ-ի Գլխավոր քարտուղարի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Ջեյմս Ապատուրայը: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, հայկական պատվիրակությունը գլխավորել են ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Աշոտ Հովակիմյանը եւ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Դավիթ Տոնոյանը:
Նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել է ՀՀ-ՆԱՏՕ Անհատական գործընկերության գործողությունների ծրագրի (ԱԳԳԾ) 2014-2015թ. գնահատման զեկույցը:
Փոխնախարար Հովակիմյանն իր ելույթում անդրադարձել է ՀՀ-ՆԱՏՕ քաղաքական երկխոսությանը եւ տարբեր ոլորտներում գործընկերային համագործակցությանը, ինչպես նաեւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացի վերջին զարգացումներին: Փոխնախարար Հովակիմյանը վերահաստատել է Հայաստանի հանձնառությունը 2016թ. ընթացքում շարունակելու հայ խաղաղապահների մասնակցությունը Կոսովոյի եւ Աֆղանստանում «Հաստատակամ աջակցություն» առաքելություններին:
Իր հերթին փոխնախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը խոսել է ՀՀ զինված ուժերում բարեփոխումների ընթացքի, բարեվարքության ամրապնդման ծրագրի իրականացման եւ Զինված ուժերում մարդու իրավունքների ամրապնդմանն ուղղված քայլերի, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության կողմից իրականացվող ռազմական կրթության ծրագրերի մասին` շեշտելով նաև նոր ծրագրեր նախաձեռնելու կարեւորությունը:
Նիստի մասնակիցների խնդրանքով հայկական կողմը ներկայացրել է նաեւ ԼՂՀ եւ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի միջեւ շփման գծում տիրող իրավիճակը:
Այնուհետեւ ելույթներով են հանդես եկել ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ երկրների պատվիրակությունների ներկայացուցիչները, ովքեր բարձր են գնահատել Հայաստանի համագործակցությունը դաշինքի հետ բոլոր բնագավառներում եւ իրենց աջակցությունը հայտնել ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման գործում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների գործունեությանը: Փոխնախարարները պատասխանել են նաեւ ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ պետությունների պատվիրակների բազմաթիվ հարցերի:
Նիստից հետո փոխնախարարները հանդիպել են Քաղաքական եւ անվտանգության քաղաքականության հարցերով ՆԱՏՕ-ի Գլխավոր քարտուղարի օգնական դեսպան Թերի Ստամատոպուլոսի հետ: Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են ՀՀ-ՆԱՏՕ քաղաքական երկխոսության հետագա զարգացման հետ կապված հարցեր, ինչպես նաեւ անդրադարձել են տարածաշրջանային խնդիրներին:
Այցի շրջանակներում փոխնախարարներ Հովակիմյանը եւ Տոնոյանը հանդիպել են նաեւ Կանանց, խաղաղության եւ անվտանգության հարցերով ՆԱՏՕ-ի Գլխավոր քարտուղարի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ դեսպան Մարիետ Շուրմանի հետ: Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի 1325 բանաձեւի իրականացման շուրջ Հայաստան-ՆԱՏՕ ԱԳԳԾ 2014-2016թթ. շրջանակներում ընթացող երկխոսությանն ուղղված քայլերը:
ՀՀ պատվիրակությունը հանդիպել է նաեւ ՆԱՏՕ-ի Միջազգային անձնակազմի պաշտպանության պլանավորման ստորաբաժանման նորանշանակ տնօրեն Փոլ Սեվերոյի հետ:
