Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ գերիների թիվը այս պահի դրությամբ գերազանցում է 100–ը։ Այս մասին NEWS.am–ին հայտնեց Եվրոպական դատարանում հայ գերիների իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն իրականացնող իրավաբան Սիրանուշ Սահակյանը։

«Ստուգված, նույնականացված տվյալների համաձայն՝ Ադրբեջանում պահվող գերեվարված անձանց թվաքանակն այս պահին անհամեմատ մեծ է»,–ասաց նա։

Նշենք, որ այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 28–ին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Կարմիր Խաչի Միջազգային Կոմիտեի միջնորդությամբ Հայաստան են տեղափոխվել 4 հայ գերիներ, որոնցից երկուսը քաղաքացիական անձինք են։

Հարցին, թե ի՞նչն է պատճառը, որ ընդամենը 4 գերի է տեղափոխվել Հայաստան, մինչդեռ խոսվում էր շուրջ 40–ի վերադարձի մասին, իրավապաշտպան արձագանքեց.

«Կարծում եմ իշխանությունները ձախողել են սեղմ ժամկետներում գերիների վերադարձի շուրջ բանակցությունները։ Բանակցային գործընթացում հայկական կողմը չունի հեղինակություն, նրան լուրջ չեն վերաբերվում։ Հայաստանին չի հաջողվել իր ձեռքում պահել Ադրբեջանի վրա ներազդելու որևէ լծակ, արդյունքում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները չարաշահվում են ի վնաս Հայաստանի և Արցախի քաղաքացիների շահերի»։

Սիրանուշ Սահակյանի խոսքով՝ գերիների վերադարձի ձգձգումը պայմանավորված է ՀՀ իշխանությունների ոչ պրոֆեսիոնալ աշխատելաոճով։

«Տեսանելի աշխատանք, որի շնորհիվ հնարավոր կլիներ մինչև Ամանոր վերադարձնել հայ գերիներին, ըստ էության, իշխանությունները չեն արել։ Շուտով տոնական օրեր են և Ադրբեջանը այդ ժամանակահատվածը ևս կօգտագործի հայ գերիների վերադարձի պրոցեսն անհիմն երկարաձգելու համար։ Այս հարցում հաշվի է առնվելու նաև միջազգային կառույցների աշխատանքային գրաֆիկը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ տոն օրերը կօգտագործվեն ի վնաս Հայաստանի, իսկ Ադրբեջանում հայերի մնալը ռիսկային է, յուրաքանչյուր ավել օրը մարդկային կյանքեր կարող է արժենալ»,–նկատեց նա։

Դիտարկմանը, թե Հայաստանի և Արցախի իշխանությունները հավաստիացնում էին, թե Քարվաճառում սպանություններ և այլ ծանր հանցագործություններ կատարելու համար  դատապարտված ադրբեջանցի դիվերսանտներ Դիլհամ Ասկերովին և Շահբազ Գուլիևին Ադրբեջանին հանձնելով երաշխիքներ են ստեղծում մնացած հայ գերիների վերադարձի համար, Սահակյանը պատասխանեց.

«Եթե իսկապես նման երաշխիքներ էին ստացել, ապա անարգել մեկ– երկու թռիչքների միջոցով գերեվարված անձինք պետք է վաղուց արդեն վերադարձվեին, մանավանդ, որ Ագրբեջանը Հայաստանի հանդեպ ունի հայ գերիներին անհապաղ վերադարձնելու պարտավորություն»,–ասաց նա։
