Երեկ հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ պատրաստվում է լուծել դատական բարեփոխումների հարցը և միայն դրանից հետո գնալ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների: Իհարկե, հարց է առաջանում` իսկ ի՞նչն էր Փաշինյանին խանգարում այդ բարեփոխումները իրականացնել 2.5 տարիների ընթացքում, թերևս ոչինչ: Ավելին՝ Փաշինյանը փորձել է բարեփոխել դատական համակարգը, եթե, իհարկե, դատավորների ապօրինի վեթինգը և նրանց դեմ կոմպրոմատներ հավաքելը կարելի է համարել բարեփոխում: Դժվար է պատկերացնել նաև, որ բարեփոխում կարող է դիտվել բոլոր հնարավոր և անհնարին միջոցներով,բոլոր օրինական և հակաօրինական միջոցներով ՍԴ-ն գրավելը և ցանկալի դատավորներով կոմպլեկտավորելը:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի հաշտվում այն իրողության հետ, որ դատարանները այլևս չեն բավարարում ընդդիմադիր գործիչների կալանավորման միջնորդությունները: Վերջին օրերին նման բազմաթիվ օրինակների ենք ականատես լինում, երբ դատարանները պարզապես հրաժարվում են բավարարել Սյունիքի համայնքապետերի կալանքի միջնորդությունները, իսկ վերջիններս Փաշինյանի համար լուրջ մրցակիցներ են, ովքեր կարող են խանգարել իր քաղաքական պլաններն ի կատար ածելուն:  Փաշինյանի երեկվա հայտարարությանը նախորդել էր արդարադատության նախարարության՝ հանրային քննարկման դրված նախագիծը, որը լրջագույն հարված է լինելու ողջ դատական համակարգին:  Դրանով նաև փորձ Է արվում կտրուկ սահմանափակել դատավորի լիազորությունները՝ նրան հավասարեցնելով հետաքննիչի լիազորություններ ունեցող մի անձի։ Վերջինս, օրինակ, հարուցում է քրեական գործ, բայց չի կատարում նախաքննություն։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ըստ էության, պատրաստվում է վերդարձնել կորցրած վերահսկողությունը դատական համակարգի նկատմամբ և միայն դրանից հետո, ապահովագրելով իրեն, գնալ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների: Բացի այդ, դատական համակարգի ռեֆորմ անցկացնելու անվան տակ, ինչը, իհարկե, իրենից ներկայացնելու է համակարգի հանդեպ դասական քաղաքական հաշվեհարդար և ուզուրպացիա՝ Փաշինյանը ընտրություններին ընդառաջ փորձում է ժամանակ շահել...
