Թրամփն ստորագրել է «կորոնավիրուսային օգնության» նախագծի նոր փաթեթը, որի դեմ սպառնում էր վետո կիրառել

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը ստորագրել է կորոնավիրուսային համաճարակի հետևանքների հաղթահարման նպատակով տրամադրվող օգնությունների և ծախսերի վերաբերյալ նոր օրինագիծը, հայտնում է BBC լրատվական գործակալությունը:
Նախկինում նախագահ Թրամփը հրաժարվել էր ստորագրել այն՝ քննադատելով «անիմաստ ծախսերը» և կոչ անելով բարձրացնել քաղաքացիներին տրվող վճարները:
Այս հետաձգման պատճառով միլիոնավոր քաղաքացիներ ժամանակավորապես կորցրել են իրենց գործազրկության նպաստներն ստանալու հնարավորությունը:
Տևական բանակցություններից հետո 900 միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլարի օգնության նախագիծը հաստատվել է Կոնգրեսի կողմից:
ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի հանրապետական և դեմոկրատ օրենսդիրները հորդորում էին Թրամփին այն ստորագրել մինչև երկուշաբթի երեկո՝ որոշ պետական կառույցների լիազորությունների ժամանակավոր դադարեցումից խուսափելու նպատակով:
Օգնություն տրամադրելու նպատակով ներկայացված օրինագիծը պարունակում էր մի շարք դրույթներ, որոնք կօգնեն համաճարակի հետևանքով տուժած տնտեսական պայմաններում ծայր ծայրին հասցնող տասնյակ միլիոնավոր ամերիկացիների:
Նախորդ երկուշաբթի ներկայացված փաթեթով նախատեսվում էր 300-ական ԱՄՆ դոլար հատկացնել գործազուրկ դարձաց մարդկանց և երկարաձգել վճարումների հետաձգումը: Այս փաթեթով ևս մեկ անգամ խստացվում էր հիվանդներից գումար վերցնելու արգելքը և հարկային արտոնություններ տրամադրում մի շարք ոլորտների, ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր tert.am-ը:
Անցյալ շաբաթ, սակայն, օրինագծի վրա վետո դնելու սպառնալիքից հետո՝ հայտնի չէ, թե Թրամփն ինչու է մտափոխվել:
Հանրապետական սենատոր Միթ Ռոմնին ասել է, որ երկար սպասված օգնության նախագիծը վերջապես ստորագրվել է և, որ օգնությունը վերջապես կհասնի այն ընտանիքներին և բիզնեսներին, որոնք դրա կարիքն ունեն:
Մինչ օրինագիծն ստորագրվելը ԱՄՆ-ի նորընտիր նախագահ Ջո Բայդենն՝ անդրադառնալով նախագծին ասել էր. «Սուրբ Ծնունդն է մոտենում և շատ ընտանիքներ չգիտեն, նախագիծը չստորագրվելու պարագայում կկրողանան ծայրը ծայրին հասցնել, թե ոչ»:
