Եկեղեցին իր կարծիքն ազատ է արտահայտելու, ինչպես յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի. Գարեգին Բ կաթողիկոս
SOCIETYԳնահատում ենք մեր զավակների սերն ու նվիրումը եկեղեցու հանդեպ։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 27-ին, Սուրբ Գայանե եկեղեցում պատարագ մատուցելուց հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոս Գարեգին Բ-ն՝ իր օրհնությունը տալով հավաքվածներին։
«Անշուշտ ժողովրդի շատ զավակներ այսօր եկել են այստեղ իրենց զորակցություն արտահայտելու մեր Սուրբ եկեղեցուն՝ համացանցում եկեղեցու հասցեին հնչած բռնի կոչերին, սպառնալի կոչերին ի պատասխան։ Մենք գնահատում ենք մեր զավակների նախանձախնդրությունը, հավատարմությունը, սերն ու նվիրումը Առաքելական Սուրբ եկեղեցու հանդեպ»,- նշեց Գարեգին Բ կաթողիկոսը։
Անդրադառնալով այն հայտարարություններին, թե եկեղեցին փորձում է միջամտել քաղաքական գործընթացներին, Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսն արձագանքեց. «Եկեղեցին առաջնորդվում է մեր ազգի, մեր հայրենիքի շահերով եւ համազգային հնչեղություն ունեցող հարցերի առնչությամբ նաեւ արտահայտում է իր վերաբերմունքն ու տեսակետը եւ որեւիցե կերպ սա այլ մեկնաբանություն չպետք է ունենա։ Եկեղեցին իր կարծիքն ազատ է արտահայտելու, ինչպես յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի, առավել եւս եկեղեցին»։
Հարցին՝ արդյոք դա աստվածահաճո է՞, կաթողիկոսն ասաց. «Արտահայտած տեսակետմ ի պաշտպանություն ազգային մեր շահերի է, ի սեր մեր ժողովրդի է, դա աստվածահաճո է»։
Հարցին, ըստ իրեն, արդյոք ուղղորդվա՞ծ են եկեղեցու նկատմամբ այդ հարձակումները, Գարեգին Բ կաթողիկոսն ասաց, որ չի կարող ասել, որովհետեւ չգիտի՝ ովքեր են հարձակվողները եւ ինչ ծավալի հարձակումների մասին է խոսքը։
Անդրադառնալով 2,5 տարի առաջ եկեղեցու նկատմամբ հարձակումներին՝ Գարեգին Բ կաթողիկոսն ասաց. «Որոշ անհատներ, որոնք ունեին դժգոհություն, կարծիք, տեսակետ, վերաբերմունք Հայոց Հայրապետի, Հայ եկեղեցու վերին իշխանության նկատմամբ, արտահայտել են իրենց դիրքորոշումն այդ իրավիճակում, այդ կացության մեջ կատարել են այն, ինչը համարել են, որ պետք թույլ տան իրենց»։
Նշենք, որ հավաքված քաղաքացիները Կաթողիկոսին ուղեկցեցին մինչեւ Վեհարան։
